The Best Tool For Managing Your GDPR Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
The transparency widget - it's a really flexible way to display processing transparency on a website.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way it exposes gaps in my preparation of process mapping. It asks questions I haven't thought about yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding how personal data moves through the organisation; sharing that understanding with others. Benefit is a new level of confidence that if anybody asks about what we're processing we can find the answers quickly.

Looking at others tells you how useful and usable DPOrganizer really is.

What do you like best about the product?
• DPOrganizer has been an easy and fast way for stakeholders to provide the PII processing information
needed and providing CLX Communications with the GDPR documentation needed, in time.
• DPOrganizer guides the user by asking questions and make sure the user provides the accurate data.
• An expert system that assists CLX Communications to the right thing and make sure that we are compliant by providing us with different modules and templates.
• Makes it easier to manage PII handling over time and provides automated reminders, when to update the information, for example annually.
• Provides professional reports for our customers and authorities
• Combines the information in the different modules to coherent information
needed and providing CLX Communications with the GDPR documentation needed, in time.

I would like to be able to have different security modules for each services that we provide. We have been able to solved it anyway, in a nice way

What do you like best about the product?
DPOrganizer is a helpfull tool and has helped us in our GDPR project. It easy to get a quick overview and a consolidated place for our team to see the application GDPR status. Also the widget feature helps our customer see how we use data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be help full in getting more explanation about the GDPR relevance in the input fields.

A centralised place for consolidating application GDPR status and information related to GDPR.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Play around with the free trial. Ask lots of questions to the support. Get a feel about if it fits you. Set up a one to one online demo.
Great software to get an overview of personal data storage and flows
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use, intuitive and easy to create customised reports. Solves a clear pain point in our organisation (sending reports on how we use our customer's personal data)
What do you dislike about the product?
Room to improve UX experience / the format of the custom reports. Requires a lot of maintenance and ongoing work to be kept up to date
