personal contact, professional documentation templates

Not as hands-on as we expected. It's more about providing templates than a hands-on working together on new policies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preparing the first documentation for ISO 27001 certification and TISAX Assessment.

What do you like best about the product?
Expert advice from personable Advisers. The team is approachable and easy to relate to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The option to pick up the phone and call my assigned Privacy Consultant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall GDPR compliance and ensuring that this becomes standard practice. Ensuring processes that are in place are effective and mitigate Data Breach risks. The benefit of having an Independent Expert Adviser was quickly realised. The Board assurance aspect is now objective.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is an absolute mandatory Business Support for all businesses. The same decision that is made to have a Legal Service and Accountant on retainer, this is necessary business support to consider. The team provides easy-to-understand advice without jargon. The advice is practical and compliant.
Making data protection secure and understandable
What do you like best about the product?
The open, transparent, and honest communication of the team is excellent. You know how to express legal issues in a simple, understandable, and straightforward way, which makes internal communication much easier, and you don't have to translate it for your colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no point that has disappointed me in working with DataGuard. We became a major customer early on, we were able to follow the growth course and the associated development steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The specialization in data protection makes them particularly competent. With your digital platform, you always give us access to all relevant, necessary and current information. In addition, you also offer a training platform for employees with the academy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The specialization and expertise is a very big advantage. The digital services and platforms provide a very good basis for documenting the audits and maintaining the legal information.
GDPR for dummies
What do you like best about the product?
What we like best is that it has a good snapshot of how your are doing and you get nice reports for auditing purposes. Its webbased and it allows you to quickly jump into the GDPR work. You can attach documents related to the systems and even send out a request to the vendor to fill in documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of explanations and hints in the input fields. Not really intuative and need at least 2 rounds of webinars before you understand it. Also need som examples to see how others have replied. The documentation needs to be relooked at so that the user can quickly jump and get help on how certain fields relate to GDPR.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problemss we are solving is system inventory of the various IT-system software. We have benefited by have a central depository of our systems in the cloud and that many users can access this system from a webbrowser.

Get all your documenation in place and have a team set up to assist you with stakeholder system inventory.
Great tool for managing GDPR
What do you like best about the product?
It easy to use and it really gives an good overview of your systems and processing. The reports generated are very good to show how you comply when needing to show how we manage GDPR. The transparency widget is also a very good feature which makes it easy to display the processing we do.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we have a very complex structure it doesn't always suit our needs so sometimes we have to be a bit creative to manage it but usually it can be solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to get an overview on the current processing by using the tool or generating reports for external requests.

What do you like best about the product?
How the data is interrelated so you get a clean structure to map your processing of personal data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Processing module still lacks an-easy-to-use widget for end-users wanting to find out what personal data is processed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GDPR compliance.
Really good application
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and easy to use; also very quick to set up and get going... The reporting is very simple and detailed too. Even non users picked it up very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to be able to select more than one business entity when entering data assets - the only thing I dislike about it though!

Needed DPOrganizer to keep all our GDPR asset information in one place - it did this with ease!

Nothing to complain about. Everything was good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very good for comply with the new GDPR law.
DPOrganizer has given us a good structure and overview in our GDPR work
What do you like best about the product?
It has been easy to learn the tool, the support has been very close when we have had questions. We have had the great advantage of being able to connect in web meeting or meet physically at our office at short notice in connection with project meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting tool is not fully developed, which has complicated the analysis work. The status of the tool today we wish we had when we started. There is still little to be desired about reports and analyzes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping of personal data, personal data assistants, databases, access points, feeds, etc. has given us an overview we did not have before. Further links with IT security and Information Security have given us a good overview to work on
