Nastel provides very comprehensive insights of errors we are experiencing and they solved on time. It's has been a really nice journey since implementation. The team has been highly reliable to this application. No dislike.

Notification and alerts are sent on time and the team is able to act on them on realtime bases. Their pricing model has been fair so far and their technical support team has been assisting as in very exceptional way.

Nastel delivers an efficient solution for monitoring the complete system's performance very effectively. It provides real-time insights of the applications and alerts you when there is a problem with the server. Its implementation is straightforward and provides flexibility. It has incredible capabilities in data management. The reports can also be easily created with it. It also provides a very simple and enhanced user interface in which we can easily manage everything.

It has some bugs which need to be fixed. However, it is user-friendly and provides all the settings we need to manage the system. In addition, its pricing should be more budget-friendly. It is the tool that fulfils all our needs, and we can easily maintain and work with it.

We deployed it in our organisation because it provides simple and essential functionalities for monitoring the system and provides real-time data, which is very helpful. It has a responsive support team, which always helps if we encounter any problem. It is beneficial in the automation of workflow and keeps an eye on the performance of websites. Nastel provides multiple ways to monitor our serves and application. Modern and very powerful dashboard to monitor everything in one place. Nastel enables us to track and follow logs in real-time. The filter function is great that lets one to filter out errors for quick analysis.
