Effortless Password Management with 1Password
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the ability to only have to remember one password with 1Password, which made password storage more secure. It also made it easy to set permission for which users could see certain passwords. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there were issues when updating to a new Mac OS but it was quickly remedied. I think it was Apple's issue to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use 1Password for managing shared passwords and enhancing security. I love that I only need to remember one password and it simplifies setting user permission access.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how the software prompts me to save my password right after I enter it. This immediate reminder is helpful and makes the process more convenient.

The fact that they don't offer a free tier with limited features.

What do you like best about the product?
I like 1Password because I don't have to remember all my passwords, and I can get them autofilled with ease. The option to autofill when I need to fill passwords makes it very valuable, especially with the fingerprint function on my phone and Mac, which speeds things up. I only need to remember one password, which is super convenient. It's great to have all my passwords and key documents in one secure place. Plus, using the Chrome plugin is great, and setting it up was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything, really serves me well as is

I use 1Password for password management and keeping key documents secure. It solves keeping track of all my passwords and key docs in one place, providing increased security and convenience.

The best I like about 1Password is the peace of mind it gives without constantly reminding you that it’s a security tool. Once it’s set up, it quietly does its job in the background. I don’t have to think about creating strong passwords, remembering them, or worrying if I reused one somewhere. The shared vaults are especially useful because they avoid messy password sharing on chat or email, and access can be changed instantly if someone leaves the team. It feels less like a “tool” and more like a reliable habit that just fits into daily work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven’t come across anything I strongly dislike so far. The product has been stable and consistent in day-to-day use, and whatever learning curve exists at the beginning feels reasonable given the level of security it provides. Overall, nothing has stood out as a negative for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password solves the small but constant mental load that comes with managing access in a digital-heavy workday. Instead of interrupting my focus to reset passwords, search notes, or ask teammates for credentials, everything I need is already organized and securely available. This reduces friction in daily tasks and avoids risky workarounds like saving passwords in browsers or chats. The benefit for me is fewer distractions, better security by default, and more confidence that access is controlled even as tools and team members change.

I really like that 1Password is easy to use and it's manageable in all environments. It's a great solution to share passwords across different devices and locations. The initial setup was very easy and took just a few days.

1password is the best password manager I've used! It's straight forward, easy to update and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think 1password has any negatives. The only small change I'd like is to ensure it doesn't log people out after a few mins

I don't have to remember or save my passwords offline, that's so helpful since we have a ton of passwords to remember.

I appreciate how easy it is to use and the flexibility it offers in storing different types of data. I use it daily and recommend it to my clients; it's easy to roll out or implement. It's easy to use and integrates with all the common browsers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I can think of that I dislike. I've used many password managers, and 1Password stands head and shoulders above the rest.

For me, it's the safest way to store and share credentials.

What do you like best about the product?
I use 1Password for managing my passwords and as a 2FA application. It helps me seamlessly access all my passwords and effortlessly generate complex passwords for websites. I love the seamless 2FA it offers, as I can just click the 1Password icon, and it automatically updates the OTP/2FA Code. The password sharing via link option is another feature I love, especially because it's really helpful when friends or family need access to certain applications—I can simply generate a link to the password for a week. I also appreciate the 2FA modules and how passwords are grouped for various individuals, which is really helpful within our organization. The password generator is fantastic because it helps prevent me from reusing passwords for all my accounts, leaving me feeling secure about my logins. The initial setup was extremely simple, as everything was organized within the organization account, and people just needed to log in using their email credentials.

1Password helps me seamlessly access and generate complex passwords, offers seamless 2FA integration, allows password sharing via link, and organizes passwords in groups for easy sharing within my organization. It also includes a password generator, preventing me from reusing passwords and enhancing security.
Simplifies Password Management, A Few Pitfalls
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use 1Password on my phone and also use the desktop version on my Mac. I also like that each individual team member has a different login, which allows us to have private passwords. I find it convenient to use it for both my work and personal passwords because I've got two types of security, one at work and one personally. The initial setup for 1Password was really easy, and I could teach my fellow team members how to use it. I haven't heard any complaints. The ease of use and cost are definitely incentives for recommending it to friends or colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one annoying thing I find with 1Password is there's a few different account types like 1password.com, 1password.eu, and I believe 1password.ca. And for whatever reason, I somehow signed up the business account with 1password.eu. Not being in the EU, it's not intuitive to me to log in to 1password.eu, and so that could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password stops me from writing passwords in a notebook, updates across the team, fills information automatically for convenience, and reduces typing errors.

I love using 1Password for personal use because it helps my family manage access to our many accounts. It allows me to create complicated and hard-to-guess passwords that feel secure without having to memorize all of them—it's like a vault for all of my accounts. It's simple, safe, and convenient. The app is easy to use and it's easy to share with my husband. I also think the interface is user-friendly, even for someone not very IT savvy. The initial setup was very easy, which was a plus for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to manually enter accounts is cumbersome, but I'm not sure what a solution would be - I cannot think of an alternative option.

1Password helps me create secure passwords without memorizing them, acting like a vault for my accounts. It's simple, safe, and convenient for family use, with a user-friendly interface that's great even for non-tech savvy people.
