Secure Password Management with Occasional Glitches

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that 1Password acts like a hub for my passwords, keeping them secured. The random user generator is really neat, and it helps me feel that my data is protected, especially in today's age of hacking and data leaks. The initial setup was very easy, probably about an 8 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
It glitches sometimes, where it doesn't load on the website. It also doesn't pop up, so I have to go back to the actual hub and find the domain I need the password for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use 1Password for protecting and securing my passwords. It acts like a hub for all my passwords, and the random user generator is really neat, keeping my data secure amidst hacking threats.

Secure Yet Challenging to Navigate

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use 1Password to securely store and manage all my passwords, passkeys, and sensitive info in one place. It saves me time and reduces the need to remember passwords. The autofill feature is fast, and I like the alerts, which help reduce weak and compromised passwords. I appreciate that I can access 1Password across browsers and devices, and it allows for secure sharing. It also integrates well with my web browser, GitHub, AWS, and banking apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have some issues with autofill consistency, as some websites do not detect fields correctly and I have to do it manually. There's also a high learning curve for advanced features; they ask me to do many things. Additionally, the initial setup was quite difficult and I found the platform not very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use 1Password to securely store and manage all my passwords and sensitive info in one place. It saves time by reducing the need to remember passwords. Autofill is fast, alerts help reduce weak passwords, and I can access it across browsers and devices.

Secure and reliable password manager for daily use

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like 1Password because, first of all, it keeps all my passwords in one place and saves time. It is easy to use, works seamlessly on different devices, and helps avoid forgetting passwords or using weak passwords again.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is account recovery. If you forget the Secret Key and password, it is very hard to get access again. This is confusing for new users, and there really should be clearer instructions on how this works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password helps me manage many passwords without writing down or reusing the same password everywhere. This helps improve my security, saves time when logging in, and reduces stress over forgetting key account credentials.

Easy Password Sharing, Tags, and User-Friendly 2FA

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to share passwords with colleagues easily and use also shared passwords. I like that you can add tags to passwords and also the one time password function for 2FA is really user-firendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the overview part is not very nicely organized, it would be great to have a bit better UI, e.g. password not organized by "date added" rather than type of tool by default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily storing and managing password with colleagues and also being able to have very strong passwords for tools without having to remember them and can store them safely.
