Simple, Secure Secret Sharing That Just Works
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and secure way to share/store secrets. Great for storing test account creds, or for sharing secrets when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides, does what I need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly used for holding credentials securely, both ones for my own accounts but also for shared test creds.

Unified passwords. Easy sign on and autofill
What do you dislike about the product?
The autofill button is constantly on, and sometimes I need to click some things right below it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving all my passwords in a secure place, and I love the login feature.

The security and the sharing. We share a lot of tools and access across our team, so the ability to have one portal where everyone can access saves so much time.

Strong security, easy password management, and the convenience of only having to remember one secure password. I also like the cross-device syncing, which makes it simple to access everything wherever I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex account recovery process is what I dislike :(

1Password solves the hassle of remembering and securing countless logins by storing and generating strong, unique passwords. This benefits me with faster logins, stronger security, and peace of mind across all my devices.

the ease to save passwords and 2FA into one centralized place.
What do you dislike about the product?
They added warnings about logging in without using 1password. Also still waiting to be able to login using a passkey.

What do you like best about the product?
I use 1Password to store and manage my passwords securely. It helps me log in to websites easily and keeps my personal information safe. 1Password helps me remember my passwords, so I don't need to worry about forgetting them and keeps my account secure. My favorite feature is the autofill. It helps me log in quickly without remembering many passwords. The autofill feature saves time because it fills my login details automatically, making logging in faster and easier. We switched to 1Password from another password manager because it is easier to use and more secure. The initial setup of 1Password was very quick and didn't take much time, allowing our team to start using it quickly. I would recommend 1Password because it is easy to use and helps keep passwords secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app takes a little time to load, and the autofill does not work on some websites. It would be better if it worked smoothly on every site.

I use 1Password to store and manage my passwords securely, which helps me log in easily and safely. The autofill feature saves time by automatically filling my login details, so I don't need to remember or type passwords every time.
Great Password Storage with Easy Browser Access
What do you like best about the product?
Great place to store the passwords for all of my workplace and even personal apps. Easy access from the browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
It updates frequently and but doesn't auto-update so we get frequent notifications from our IT team that an update is available and we have to quit and wait for the update and then the app restarts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Safe place to store passwords rather than in the browser. Complies with company security standards and practices.
Effortless logins with 1Password’s modern tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to access my preferred sites with 1Password. I like how the browser extension identifies the site I'm accessing, and it immediately allows me to log in to my account with a simple fingerprint validation. I also love their UI, which is modern and simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using 1Password for years, and I haven't seen any downsides. Their team is always launching great features and updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password is definitely solving the tedious issue of remembering all my passwords, especially those that require strong passwords or the ones I don't use very often.
Intuitive Interface and Great Item Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Good interface structure and item organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Upcoming price increase. Sometimes it's not showing suggestions in GBoard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving my credit cards' info and passwords.
Okta Group Sync Makes Password Vault Access Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
It can sync password vaults with Okta groups, so most employees get their access through their Okta group memberships.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recovery function can’t be approved through Slack, and since our organization relies on Slack the most, this is a major limitation for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SSH keys and passkeys stay safe within our organization, and I like that they can be split between an employee vault and organization vaults.
