Cross-Platform Efficiency, But Lacks Enterprise Value

  • February 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that 1Password works across multiple platforms and has an autofill feature. The autofill is quick - a real time saver - and works pretty well on both Windows and iOS. Some other providers are slow to autofill or don't recognise password fields (I'm looking at you Nordpass!)
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that price-wise, 1Password didn't compete well at an enterprise level when we wanted multiple users and a really good management, admin console. 1Password was not a good fit for that IMHO
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password generates complex passwords and remembers them, so I only have to remember the master password. It saves me time.

Enterprise-Grade Security That Doesn't Disrupt Workflows

  • February 22, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As a Product Manager working with cross-functional teams, I need tools that enforce security without creating friction. 1Password strikes that balance perfectly. The platform makes it effortless for our team to generate, store, and autofill complex passwords across devices, which means they actually use it—no more shadow IT or sticky note workarounds. From an admin perspective, I appreciate the granular visibility and control. The ability to integrate with our existing identity and access management infrastructure was seamless, and the reporting gives us clear insights into our overall password security posture. It's rare to find a tool that satisfies both end-users and security requirements this effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the browser extension can be a little too aggressive with autofill prompts on less common internal tools, which creates minor friction. However, this is easily adjustable with a few clicks, and the trade-off for consistent security is well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were facing the classic challenge of balancing security hygiene with team productivity. 1Password solves this by removing the cognitive load of password management. The benefit has been immediate: stronger security compliance, fewer password-related support tickets, and a team that can move quickly without compromising on safety. It's one of those tools that quietly makes everything better.

Secure, Fast, and Cross-Device Efficient

  • February 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that 1Password is clean and fast in terms of user experience and works across devices without any friction. The Watchtower feature is helpful for spotting weaker or compromised passwords. It turns 1Password from a storage tool into a proactive security monitor, automatically scanning saved logins against known data breaches and flagging compromised or weak passwords, as well as highlighting where two-factor authentication is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The autofill isn't perfect on some websites and mobile apps, especially with multistep logins. Occasionally, it doesn't detect fields correctly. The UI changes over time can feel slightly disruptive if you're used to a certain workflow. Also, while the security is excellent, the pricing is higher than some competitors, which may be a deal breaker for some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use 1Password to solve the problem of weak passwords and scattered logins, storing credentials securely. It provides a clean, fast user experience and works across devices smoothly. The Watchtower feature helps spot weak or compromised passwords, enhancing security monitoring.

1Password: Seamless, User-Friendly Password Management Across Browsers

  • February 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
1Password is the most user friendly password manager I've seen yet. It integrates with every browser and knows what to save before I do. I have 2 accounts (business and personal) living side by side seamlessly. I am a huge fan!
What do you dislike about the product?
Occassionally I have to turn it off when the Save button is sitting on top of a web part I need to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can all share passwords without spreadsheets, notes, Word docs, etc.

A Must- Have for Everyday Security

  • February 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about 1Password is how simple and stress free it makes password management. Instead of remembering dozens of complex passwords or writing them somewhere unsafe, I just remember one master password and everything else is securely stored.
What do you dislike about the product?
1Password is very secure, but that also makes it a bit strict. If you forget the master password, recovery is difficult. The pricing is also slightly high compared to other password managers. Sometimes the browser auto fill doesn't detect a few websites, so you have to manually copy and paste the password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password solves the problem of remembering multiple passwords and using weak or repeated passwords. It securely stores all my logins in one place and generates strong passwords automatically. I don't have to reset passwords frequently, which saves a lot of time.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Sharing info across companies - and our passwords actually being encrypted is great. Not many other products do that on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is a little slow and the ability for admins to export someones personal vault or archive their account when they leave.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining business processes and sharing logins safely instead of using spreadsheets.

  • February 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We can send eachother login credentials, credit card info, notes securely. No more sticky notes. Forces older staff members into secure measures, especially with so many remote and hybrid staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting the buy in from a whole staff is a bit troublesome, but the product has no issues in my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security number one. Also helpdesk gets way less issues, it puts the responsibility on the users. You cant forget important info with this app, and ultimately lets our staff login quickly and be on task without any hitches or excuses.

Secure, Easy-to-Use Password Management

  • February 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Secure, easy to use, and a good way to manage passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its user interface needs to be improved. Also, a console command tutorial should be included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We only need to remember one master password, and then we can create strong, unique passwords for every site. This helps reduce the risk of account hacking.
