What do you like best about the product?

Unique thing about InsureMO and how it has helped us - It is very flexible in integrating with vast number of interfaces with of different applications across organization and even with third party vendors. Strong Middleware helps us manage our claims system efficiently resulting into faster disbursement. It also helps to provide real time access to all parties.

What do you dislike about the product?

While flexible of integration is positive, the time taken for Go live was long and also faced multiple challenges during implementation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

InsureMO has reduced the time required for settling a Claims for our clients.
