User friendly + robust = perfect marketing and sales stack
What do you like best about the product?
We use the full product suite HubSpot offers. I love how it connects the sales and marketing teams to collaborate and make for the best customer experiences. All the tools are very user friendly and customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the design and layouts modifications can be tricky to understand. There are points where you need a professional developer.
Also, they have changed our account manager almost every quarter, so there’s a lack of consistency in conversation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before HubSpot we were piecing everything together. The CRM didn’t talk to the email marketing system, the support portal didn’t provide good data for improvement, the website was a standalone that didn’t create lead gen opportunities... simple tasks took much longer; publishing a blog, sending an email, and coordinating social media could take 2+ hours, now it takes maybe 20 minutes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Set aside enough time for proper onboarding and make sure you have all your goals outlined to accomplish with the customer success team. HubSpot can be a game changer, but it requires a certain dedication

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create mobile-responsive websites using COS. Create flexible templates and re-usable custom modules for different types of content to be re-used. Also includes analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The File Manager is not easy to navigate and use. Not as simple as a regular Explorer/Finder-type file manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing contacts. Building a modular, mobile-responsive website.

I like the tool tips, chat support, and overall clean look.

having to use subdomains instead of directories because my site is hosted outside of hubspot

Learning Academy is top notch
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the resources and training available through the Hubspot Learning Academy. It helps with getting up to speed and helping the team to understand how to be successful. I also find the support to be useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Salesforce could be improved. We are able to do everything we want, but it requires a lot of custom work on both the salesforce and hubspot sides of things. Campaign functionality could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reworking our entire instance. I have found creating forms to be easy and pulling in hidden fields to help with attributing the right information in salesforce. We are working on improving emails and getting new templates and getting ready to refresh our website which is also posted on hubspot. We are still in the process, so hard to say what additional benefits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Add ability to see what emails have gone out under what subscription types. Right now I am unable to track this and it is helpful when validating that we need the various types that we have or to look for gaps.
The preview editor in emails for various screens mobile.tablet, does not work well in my instance.
Reporting needs to be improved, it is not very user friendly to be able to in there and add reports. Web reporting should be more aligned with Google Analytics, it was difficult to pull some of the things that I needed for a report the other day.

Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can have website templates optimized for new business leads and email campaigns so it takes the guesswork of how to best optimize your site
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! I haven’t used hubspot beyond some initial set up purposes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Relaunching our company website has been much easier having a ready to go template to leverage when we know we plan to leverage hubspot in the future

What do you like best about the product?
The flexible template builder for website pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was more flexibility in changing design/layout directly in a page as opposed to creating new templates for every different layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: How to create a custom looking website using a free template pack. Benefits: I've realized it's very easy to create new layouts and edit css to get a more customized look and feel for our client.

What do you like best about the product?
Not only the collateral creating part is streamlined, it is quite easy to arrange all the created material folder-wise which eliminates the exercise of searching for it again and again.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the source code erases when pasting the content in the resource section from notepad or word document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has good templates in place. Also, it is quite intriguing to create templates for landing pages in HubSpot. Coding becomes pretty simple.

Since HubSpot is an all-in-one marketing/sales automation tool, it is recommended to use it for all marketing and sales related activities. It allows massive amount of database management and the overall experience of using it hassle-free.

Excellent platform!
What do you like best about the product?
We use Hubspot to host our website and blog, manage our leads, and schedule social media posts. We can also set up email automation and workflows. It's nice to have everything in one place and the video learning center is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't quite figured out how to make the customer satisfaction surveys work for us but this functionality is fairly new within Hubspot so hopefully it will improve with time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot we have several forms set up on our site which enables us to gather lead information. Hubspot then creates the contact record in the system and we can view the lead's flow through our site -- how they first came to us, which pages they viewed, and even any email correspondence we've had with them. Prospects can schedule a consultation with us directly on the site through Hubspot and we can track their lead status in the Deals section. Overall, Hubspot helps us create a smooth process for potential new clients and helps our team stay organized and collaborative.
Hubspot is extremely user-firendly and a must have for any business
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendliness that Hubspot provides its users. I am able to update and find reports as easy as a click of a button giving more time to analyze data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many things that I dislike about Hubspot, but if I have to choose I would say that some of the website and blog templates require the help of a developer. That said the Hubspot community is more than willing to step in and help you with any issues you may have and I have utilized they're expertise a few times since being a user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has made it easy and quick for me to create and edit website and blog pages on my site. Also, there marketing analytics provides all the data in one spot for me to easily read and analyze and create custom reports for upper-management.

not having language variations in blogs, hub dp doesn't update after editing.
