A great tool for a young business

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows our company to execute our inbound/outbound marketing, social media, lead generation, lead nurturing, and content strategies through one easy-to-use platform. Our company helps firms integrate disparate software platforms and business processes – we are finally taking a page from our own handbook to enhance our marketing and communications strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Hubspot CRM tool is not fully baked, and integrated Salesforce and Hubspot has proven to be more challenging than we first assumed it would be. The interface could stand to be a little more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows us to be more strategic with our marketing than we would be otherwise. It helps focus out sales team on outcomes that are more targeted, more likely to succeed, as opposed to grandiose generalized campaigns that are most costly than effective.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a little like exercise – the more effort your put into it, the more benefits you get out of it. If you want to use it strictly to execute email marketing campaigns, great. But it offers much more than just outbound email. We're only beginning to scratch the surface of what Hubspot can offer, and we're excited to continue the journey.

Best marketing CRM out there

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is the back-bone of my marketing campaigns. From marketing automation (workflows, sequences, lead score), to landing page development and hosting, HubSpot's features enable me to generate quality inbound leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the de-duplicate tool for both the contacts and companies was more accurate - sometimes the program identifies contacts with the same last name as duplicates, even if its a family run business. I'm hopefully HubSpot continues to build out reporting functionality for sequences. As is, I don't have good reporting into which emails bounced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I rarely have problems with HubSpot, just some more advanced feature requests.The benefits I've realized across email marketing, social media, content marketing, analytics & reporting have been massive. Since running our marketing department through HubSpot, our cost to acquire each customer has gone down, and revenue growth has steadily increased.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've tried Marketo, Pardot and HubSpot. HubSpot is by far the best.

HubSpot from a designers perspective

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. Recent UI improvements help streamline a lot of the work I do. The cleanliness of the UI/UX has improved quite a bit over the last 4 years. The webpage features are powerful and easy to use, taking a ready made page and cloning it to make another page that you can then tweak quickly is a big time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the editing panels were larger. They are draggable vertically but it cuts off the html and can be disorienting until you get used to it. I have used a few website building tools and usually just revert to writing all of my html/css in an editor then uploading the code. I still do that in HubSpot which may be my own limitation but having a place to edit my stylesheets next to the html with a live update would be extremely nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us keep marketing and sales on the same page. The biggest benefit to me as a designer is building custom modules that can be used across our website. Making a nav change in one place rather than hitting 20 pages saves so much time. This also allows for quicker iteration, once I have a couple of modules in place I can build out an entire website in a fraction of tools I have used in the past.

HubSpot Academy has a ton of resources if you have a particular question or problem area

Huge fan of the entire Marketing Hub

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's Marketing Hub has been instrumental for our company starting and then continuing to manage our inbound marketing efforts. I personally love the workflows to help capture contacts and continuing nurturing them after they download a piece of content or interact with any combination of emails, web pages, blog posts, etc. I honestly don't know what we'd do without HubSpot. It's like the extra member of our team who, even though it never laughs at my jokes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a dashboard/report for number of content downloads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we built our pillar/cluster pages, the content strategy tools has been priceless. It's really helped us map out and organize our content to make sure it's all working together and we're not just throwing things out there and hope they stick.

Make sure you get the right tier for your needs.

The SEO/web site analytics facet could offer more insights into competitor web sites

What do you like best about the product?
Uploading bulk social posts is super helpful and helps to keep our Marketing two steps ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options for tagging brands/companies in the social bulk uploads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Marketing team is saving time with the social bulk uploads and scheduling emails as well as blogs ahead of time.

Great Digital Marketing Tool for Creating and Optimizing Campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
The user friendliness of the site, ability to automate certain tasks, the large array of features and functions we use to customize our marketing campaigns, and the deep insights it provides for all our various marketing campaigns to validate our efforts.

I also like how this tool makes it easy to edit landing pages no matter how complex they are, web modules for our website, customize contact forms, create ad campaigns and integrate contact lists with them, and track critical data for digital campaigns so we can make better choices in our marketing strategy for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's little I don't like about Hubspot. Although, I would say the platform is lacking a little in providing certain insights of social media ad campaigns in the ads section, but I do realize Hubspot does continue to update their platform with consideration from user feedback like myself, so that's awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we've started using Huspot, we've been able to gain better insights into our marketing campaigns and track our website traffic to better score incoming leads and better qualify our leads to our sales people. Overall, the quality of our leads has improved through hubspot, and because of that, we're better equipped to device a better marketing plan.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize the Hubspot Learning Center section as often as possible to become an expert in the many tools Hubspot has to optimize and supercharge your marketing strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
Since making the move to HubSpot, our team has been able to greatly improve our marketing processes. All of our once manual reporting and CRM flows have now become automated, designing email and landing page templates has never been easier thanks to the drag and drop feature in their design-builder tool, and our SEO performance has greatly improved as a result of their on-page SEO optimization tool.

HubSpot offers a polished, user-friendly experience for end-users to complete their content creation goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few critiques I have of HubSpot are 1) the forms can't be modified the markup and CSS properties in the form builder tool. 2) Their workflows could have a bit more flexibility based on dynamic content. You can only enroll contacts based on list membership and lifecycle stage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've seen dramatic improvements to processes tied to the following items:
- Marketing automation and workflows
- Email tracking and design
- Landing page design
- Social media
- Contact management
- Analytics and reporting
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot has all of the tools you need to be a successful marketer. From their Marketing Hub, to their knowledge base, to their customer support, it's all A+.

What do you like best about the product?
The support function is fantastic. Always responsive and usually very useful.

I've used it frequently as some of the design tools aren't always the most intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some simple features seem to be lacking.

A word count on Forms
Custom fonts without requiring code
Centering images

The costs are also significant. And have found some of my more account based questions go answered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good visibility on traffic.

My Journey with Hubspot CMR

What do you like best about the product?
Modules are already building up, so any-one can actually create a landing or website page.
Tech support is always there when I need it.
Overall the process of building is quite simple, easy to follow, as long as building something simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no access to the HTML, so in order to customize some modules, is a bit-hard.
The idea of adding JS components to some of the module's functionality is not straight forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating forms, updating content, re-building the blog-page for our current size.
Benefits are that once I use the templates already build, some features such as modals are already implemented, the idea of customizing templates and being able to use again is great, also in order to publish the sites, the process is quite simple.
All templates offer the @media for mobiles-use.
