What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use--you can get started using hubspot without much prior knowledge

There are still some integrations that I would like to see.

Easy to Use-Great For a Busy Marketing Team

What do you like best about the product?
Using HS for our social media has been great. It allows for preplanning of content and provides an easy platform for the team to organize, and post multiple messages in one place. HS also enables for quick snap shots on performance and interaction of these posts across the different platforms that we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been times where 'setting and forgetting' isn't the best idea. The system has disconnected from platforms so that posts that were pre scheduled prior to any change in the connection, were no longer posted. This was a bit frustrating b/c there weren't any notifications sent to my inbox telling me that there was an issue, and nothing was done until I manually checked back due to lower traffic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resource issues make it tough to manage all the aspects of our inbound marketing strategy. Using HS allows for easier management across the board.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a huge asset to our company! It allows us to manage multiple aspects of our digital marketing efforts without paying expensive developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the templates can be hard to manipulate without experts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to offer our colleagues personalized webpages without building out a separate website. Content management is also a very nice perk to this platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy user interface, most features are easy to find, HubSpot also has a great customer support team that has answered my questions in timely and complete manners. Has a ton of content of their own that is a useful including Hubspot's blog, and community forum
What do you dislike about the product?
the search: searching for website pages can be difficult to find and make edit to unless you know the exact name of the post word for word.

A "find and replace" feature would be extremely valuable and a huge time saver when making changes across multiple pages on your website

SEO features can be enhanced. Reports look really nice but can't be as customized as you'd like sometimes, it is easy to export the data and make your own reports in Excel
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Automation- our sales team sends more emails than they would otherwise using sequences.
Building segmented lists- we can better target our outreach with filters
Workflows- saves us a lot of time updating properties
Lead Score- helps sales and marketing understand who is interested/when is a good time to reach out

We create a number of emails and landing pages with great analytics. Benefits are many within the ecosystem

Read HUBL thoroughly and create dummy accounts to get full understanding of implementation of modules and dynamic data entry.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love of using HubSpot is that you can easily launch landing pages and blog within minutes, customizing, adding style and animation is really easy, also you can reuse the styles. The community is really helpful, they answer your questions in a short amount of time. I like the way HubSpot manages the assets of the webpages to improve performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggled with the page caching the content (stylesheet), so I had to flush the DNS, everytime I change the stylesheet. I had to add a naive piece of code to avoid this bahavior.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wit HubSpot we can have a fully featured CMS, with marketing tools included, managing the content is so easy. We can move from one implementation or design to another without hassle.

What do you like best about the product?
We like that the free version allows to carry tasks, businesses and contacts in a completely unlimited way. The complete suite integrates sufficient tools to achieve an automated marketing management, with which you can gather all the contact information and business needs through a single screen. What we like most is how easy it is to customize the SEO engine, so our web positioning can improve depending on our experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is limited in the handling of links from our website to external sites. It does not perform auditing, nor is it integrated into the google analytics platform. Does not track mobile searches, and competition analyzes are quite slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot automates marketing and analytics management of this. It has also allowed us to better execute the integral campaigns of inbound marketing, and increase the traffic of our website, whose visitors we can convert more easily than before. It also works to specifically track the life cycle of each customer with we convert.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As a marketing and customer service software HubSpot has been responsible for greatly enhancing our business growth. It is recommended to buy the free version, get used to it, and then increase the plan depending on our results. This in order to save money at the beginning. With HubSpot, the best thing is to unify the different management not only of marketing, but also of sales and relations with customers, based on the quality of the CRM that has.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating different pages in HubSpot is easy. Whether it's a landing page, a website page, or a blog, it's pretty easy to figure out. Social scheduling and email sends are also made easy with HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot can put you in a design block, which can be hard to truly make your website feel and look how you want it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company uses HubSpot for our website and some CRM management. It is easy to use and train our employees on it.

What do you like best about the product?
The software brings everything marketing into one place and makes it all very measureable.

You buy into a marketing ethos that is scientific in nature.

The account manager and customer service are exemplary.
What do you dislike about the product?
So many changes and updates to the platform that it can at times be hard to keep up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media - managing multiple accounts and posting on behalf of members of the team.

Website hosting - a clear and simpe platfor from which to manage and run the website.

CRM - all contacts and customers in one place with insight as to their interactions of the website.

Blog - fully managed and engrained in SEO strategy.

Sales tool - recording all leads and opportunities, conversion rates and values.

Email - communication tool wth customers whereby the database can be segmented depending on the audience we're mailing to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you're willing to invest sufficient time and efort, on top of the money. Otherwise it's not worth it. Inbound marketing is a huge effort in terms of creating the necessary content in the early days. It's totally worth it in the end, you'll see all you metrics rise if you and your team follow through on it all effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to implement Hubspot marketing automation. Hubspot's customer service team is incredible and helps you find the answers you need to get things up and running while also providing suggestions to improve your marketing automation campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of add-on features and the cost adds up quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot for all of our lead generation, email marketing, social media management, and blogging. Overall, it is very easy to use and helps us keep our marketing content organized and in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are quite a few marketing automation solutions out there these days, but I personally find Hubspot to be the most user friendly. When looking into the solution that best fits your needs, make sure to compare the features and get live demos so you can see the usability.
