Very good product with emphasis on usability by all
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot does a great job of balancing ease of use and customization and features. This makes it very easy for everyone on our team to use the software regardless of their technical background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because HubSpot caters to the users with minimum technical experience, the software can leave you wanting more in the customization department. I have often found myself wanting to do what I thought were basic tasks that are simply not currently present in the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot, we are now generating more leads than ever. For the first time, we were able to create a website that users found beneficial and it is showing. We have increased our lead generation over our last website on an in house CMS by over 300%
Single source for sales, service and marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Full 360-degree view of all contacts activities and which web pages they have viewed, which digital ads helped the conversion and total customer value. The sales tools are invaluable to our team. Notification when an email has been opened, email templates and snippets make seller much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Does require time to set up and a number of instructor lead training courses that should be completed to get the most out of the Hubspot sales and marketing platform. Setting up a website in Hubspot does require some knowledge of coding or this needs to be outsourced if you do not have the skills in-house.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time interactions with prospects are something we never had before. Knowing the source of where a deal came from and seeing all the touch points.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is intuitive to use (for people with experience with other platforms or content management systems). It's also fun to use. Whenever we get stuck, their support is right there and we've successfully been working with some of their partners for specific requirements for years now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Europe is still new to them. GDPR has been arranged for, and they are investing in multi-language capabilities. But one does still realize that this is a US company when it comes to features. That said, their local customer success team is great and they try their best to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have our entire website run on Hubspot, in three languages. We also use Hubspot for our marketing automation and are now evaluating Hubspot CRM for our sales colleagues.

When you look at Hubspot (or any tool), look beyond the feature list you'd like to check. The support is fantastic, the community extremely helpful (especially for newbies to inbound marketing), the INBOUND conference is really top-notch.
And check out their academy. Their onboarding to inbound marketing, functionality, etc, is the best I've ever seen.

My Favorite Marketing Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have used many marketing automation platforms and HubSpot is by far my favorite. They are always improving, provide excellent support and the tool is user friendly and easy to learn. If you have a question, you can find answers on their blog/HubSpot Academy. With meaningful data packed in one place, we can build all different reports and dashboards while gaining insight about how each of our campaigns is directly affecting our sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a steep price increase and contracts are annual - it would be nice to have more flexibility here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating processes and efficiency throughout the marketing team. Our web pages, landing pages, forms, lists, smart lists, email and reporting are all in one place. HubSpot is also integrated with our Salesforce.com, iCapture, GoToWebinar, Slemma and SurveyMonkey.

HubSpot Pros: Data Insight, Marketing Automation & Free CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple business functionalities integrated in one platform meaning we get a single source of truth for all touchpoints on the customer journey. The Marketing Automation elements at the Marketing Basic and Professional levels have drastically improved our process efficiency and accuracy, and have provided far greater insight into lead engagement across website, social media, eDM. The free CRM tool is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some seemingly obvious and fundamental tools are not available within the platform i.e. lead lifecycle stage customisation, de-dupping tool for contacts (only just rolled out this month), the reporting tool feels a little limited at times meaning we often have to look outside of HubSpot to resource our business requirements. HubSpot Support on the whole is valuable (aside from the fact that Chat and Call options are often unavailable for New Zealand based customers due to support staff based in Asia or US) but can be quite rigid in their approach to customer queries and what level of support they can provide within the limitations of the platform. We felt we were led to believe that we would receive a higher level of support, particularly within the back-end tools for website and eDM dev work, than what was available in reality. What was sold as a largely "drag and drop" website build tool, required vast HTML experience, which, as a marketing team of 2 people, we do not have. HubSpot Support were not able to provide support in this area so we had to spend $s on hiring an external website developer to assist with new website build.s
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much greater visibility into the end to end lead journey; source, engagement, conversation etc. We now have the data to test existing beliefs held on target market, assets driving revenue, drop-off points to drive our marketing efforts to focus on the most valuable journey points, leads and assets.
Very helpful for small Sales/Marketing team
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has helped our team create a more robust marketing strategy and automated much of the Sales process to take the burden off our small sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving website over has required us to find HubSpot developers, which wasn't easy and much more costly.
Migration process was not clearly defined/communicated/managed and we ran into a number of issues.
Does not have GDRP capabilities we need: Forms are able to be refined by country, but site does not allow cookie banner to be custom based on users location. This has been the biggest negative in our opinion.

Sales automation: Less manual effort is required by Sales to follow up with leads. Advanced data helps Sales understand the path a prospect has taken and engaged with our marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it a lot since it is practically complete it contains a series of tools such as software, service and all the support that I need to create your own brand and attract sales to your company in HubSpot has everything you need to succeed you can manage all its activities and group them by campaigns and finally get a real return on investment in the whole funnel, also allows you to segment, organize and classify your customer base being this very positive for the increase of the profits of the company
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that email templates and destination pages are a bit difficult to design from scratch, more than once it has happened to me that I wanted to change a bit the last part of the page and modify the numbers in my column thing that does not allow the editor, if not I have to go to change the form, this makes me waste valuable time, to other only allows tagging companies and limits that the markenting reaches many places at the social level

you save a lot of time since you can automate to obtain data from a platform, we have allowed to help the growth of the companies through the increase of visitors on our website I have to say that this software helped us to identify the real buyers and not be wasting time with curious

should start working with this software all those who seek efficiency in the ability to respond in sales and marketing as it allows us from the initial identification and contact with potential customers to the tool to do everything is totally helpful, friendly and supports your goals
Automate your Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I really love all features of HubSpot. We use everything from the CRM, CMS, email automation, reports and Social scheduling. Being able to integrate all our marketing practices in one place has saved us a lot of time. It has also allowed us to analyse marketing impact and look closely at return on investment. My personal favourite feature is the 'campaigns'. This allows me to tie different campaign features together and really look at the return on investment on campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure is very rigid. We wanted to add a new domain to our CMS but would have had to take out a new package to do this meaning our costs would increase significantly. They have also recently added some template editing features (drop and drag) in to the landing page and email builder but the functionality isn't quite there yet - it's very clunky, definitely needs some improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have everything we do all in one place. We used to use various platforms for email campaigns, social scheduling, reporting and website management. We can now do all this in one place meaning we save money on not having the other platforms and also time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your research. There are a lot of companies out there that claim they can do the same things as HubSpot but once you dig a little deeper you will find that integrations are not up to scratch.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CMS, the website creation platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Social tool within Hubspot is not very robust. The file size limit of 4MB is too low, the lack of support for GIFS is a big issue as well. The Instagram posting has no feature to tag accounts in the image uploaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I found the Hubspot CMS very efficient and it's power was unlocked with a very good theme. Hubspot provided a way to leverage inbound marketing and CRM built into the website without the tracking codes and missed data points. i was able to build a new website and create workflows, content calendars and forms that contributed to our effort.

Be sure of your goals, educate yourself on the system, understand inbound marketing.

This is very useful thing and i have not found any thing that makes me disliked. So here my ans is negative in the case whether it has any things to dislike

I am the Owner of a social media named Tutors Point where my task is to manage tutors and students. However using HubSpot it makes me easier to determine the teacher and students demand using data analysis
