An all inclusive learning and user experience
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot learning classes and certifications are very informative. There are many tools to use within hubspot as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of hubspot are that there are often technical issues that greatly inhibit usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With hubspot we manage leads, email marketing, social media publishing, and arrange how are users are viewed.

Hubspot is great for workflows, content creation, social media scheduling and training.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to have all the software options to fully realize its capabilities (CRM, Sales, Academy, Service)

We have become an actual lead generating machine for our company because of Hubspot and the platforms it offers!

Do the trial period and really run it through the rigors of what your company will use it for, they are great about support and can help you accomplish whatever you want with this software

I like the email automation feature the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting tools while editing blogs and emails are terrible and not easy to use. The Anayltics data not linking up with GA also makes it difficult to trust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to automate emails. I can track lead activities kn the website.

As long as it does what it needs to do it should be good

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's marketing and sales professional platforms are both robust and easy-to-use. I love the insight I gain in regards to where our inbound leads are coming from, as well as the ability to gauge how active and interested our contacts are in our content and services. The automation tools — workflows (marketing) and sequences (sales) — are major time-savers that allow us to standardize our process and scale our outreach. The customization and personalization options in both also allow us to scale without sacrificing that personal touch and human insight. I also LOVED the Hubspot user onboarding process. I think it's one of the best in the SaaS arena. They are really committed to making sure their users understand and make full use of their product. For the first 90 days of your contract, they provide you with weekly meetings with an onboarding specialist to answer your questions, offer feedback and best practices, and troubleshoot with you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside to Hubspot is that it's clearly a growing product (which is also sort of an upside). Sometimes things break or are inconsistent as they make changes and add new features. But their support team is super responsive and they are very proactive in addressing customer issues. If I were going to create a wishlist for things they would improve upon, I'd ask for conditional fields on records, even greater customization options in reporting, a more robust social listening tool, expansion of the marketing project management tool (it's nice, but basic - would love to see it move closer to something like Asana).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has enabled us to scale faster and more cost-effectively. The automation features along with the comprehensive picture of our contacts and marketing/sales processes have been incredibly valuable in helping our small team do more with less. And the insight we gain into what's working, where our contacts are coming from, and who's most likely ready to buy allow us to focus our efforts on the work that's most likely to drive revenue. Plus, the productivity and monitoring capabilities help us stay on track and on task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is built around an inbound marketing framework. If your company is not implementing an inbound strategy, it may not be the best tool for you.

It makes SEO, content management, social media accounts handling much efficient.

It is little too pricey to be used, although the price is worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
My sales and marketing is in one place I Maple to host my website easily and see all the analytics that come off of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it's had little troubles glitchy but they always catch it up

I'm able to have my sales and marketing tabs in the same place and be able to see all the analytics coming off my website instead of having a 3rd party hosting it

Hub spot is really easy to use they have a learning program if you need help with anything they're always available it's all around just simple.

How easy it is to use and also the customer service is amazing! Chat boxes are super useful when you need any type of support.

Things are consistently changing. Just when I get use to a feature it moves spots and changes the look.

Helps me schedule emails, blog posts, social media on multiple accounts. I use it to track my website analytics and keep track of contacts / my lists (blog subscribers and my Talent Community).

It's decently priced for the amount of features you get. They also offer way more features then a lot of other CRM sites - personal opinion from research.
HubSpot Marketing Hub, A powerful tool to implement your Inbound Marketing strategy and plan
What do you like best about the product?
It's just great and so powerful to have all your marketing tools in just one platform. I'm using HubSpot Marketing Hub on the daily basis for marketing data and web traffic analysis, marketing reports creation, marketing dashboards creation, email campaigns, social media campaigns, automation, landing pages creation, forms and pop-up forms creation. The marketing analytics feature is my favourite because I can easily create reports and dashboards to showcase the results of all the marketing campaigns implemented in all channels. There are about 200+ integrations allowing to bring your data across multiple platforms in one place for analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard for me to describe what I dislike about a software which is helping me to get my job done and generate great marketing KPIs. You will always find few technical issues/bugs when using software or tools etc.. but the most important thing to look at is how the support service deal with cases/tickets. I can confirm that their support service team is excellent, you can call, chat or email them to submit a ticket. Answers are provided quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Two main problems have been solved by using HubSpot Marketing Hub: 1- Productivity: Our social media and email campaigns activities are automated allowing us to work simultaneous on other projects. 2- Reporting: We are able to create customize reports and dashboards allowing us to better track the performance of all our marketing activities across all channels in just 1 platform. Having all the tools you need to get your job done in 1 platform is fantastic. I strongly recommend HubSpot for any marketers using inbound marketing methodology. I have implemented a process I have created for leads generation using inbound marketing techniques and HubSpot marketing hub. This has helped to double our web traffic, increase our web conversion rate, generate more leads for the business and most importantly the ROI has been met.
Powerful tool for designers and developers
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows me to create custom GUI's so our content creators who aren't comfortable with HTML code are able to add and edit content without having to go through me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would help me a lot if HubSpot made it possible to use personalisation tokens in email IF statements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often have had to make changes to templates, or alternative templates, when another team's requirements change. In HubSpot modules, I can create a toggle so we still have a universal template that content creators can adjust to suit their needs.

I especially like the new campaigns feature. It sums up performance at the campaign level.

Sometimes problems when creating new active lists (have to wait a few minutes after saving a new list and then you can use it).

Candidate information management -> HubSpot makes this one really easy to me. No paperwork anymore.
