Unparalleled Business Growth Platform
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Their customer service is excellent. The Learning Center is packed with video tutorials to help you do just about anything you would need. The platform has just about everything a small or mid-size business/marketing team could want or even think of. And they're constantly updating it. I often tell people if there's something about HubSpot they don't like to just wait a few months. There's a good chance they're aware and working on improving it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how some of the features can only be unlocked by purchasing an entire bundle. For example, it would be great to access "Calculated Properties" or "Sales Playbooks" without having to upgrade to the Enterprise package. I'd love to purchase certain features a-la-carte.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We make smarter marketing decisions that save us time and improve our effectiveness. Same with sales and even more recently, customer service. Our website traffic has tripled in the 2.5 years we've been on HubSpot. We've also seen unprecedented growth in contacts, leads and new deals/revenue generated from the website. And, despite often being known as an "automation" platform, we're actually using it to create a more personalized service at several touch points. HubSpot is really transforming our business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider other options (because it never hurts), but definitely look into it. Also do some research, be prepared, ask lots of questions. Make sure you're starting with the right package. Finally, make sure you have the proper resources internally to make it successful, assign roles and have 1 admin.
Focus on marketing instead of the technology
What do you like best about the product?
Instead of spending time designing and building web pages, the templating nature of HubSpot combined with the backend tracking tools allows me to focus on strategic campaigns to help drive sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think this is the nature of any kind of CMS, but the CSS design of the basic layout and grid doesn't allow easy integration of CSS frameworks like Bootstrap. This makes development a little slower - but the tradeoff is that once a template is designed, it can easily be used over and over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit is to know what individual contacts are doing when they visit our site. It helps us customize the marketing content we send their way so that they only get what they are interested in, which makes it a better experience not only for them but for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot as a tool is valuable from a convenience standpoint. And that convenience of having all the tools together makes a lot of things possible that would otherwise be very difficult. However, because of the broad nature of the tools, it's not just a system that a marketing department alone will just use. You have to get sales and even customer service involved to be effective.
Hubspot is just incredible!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's customer service is unmatched. Hubspot Academy is incredibly helpful and continues to help me even months after taking most of the courses. Their services are great, there is nothing bad to say.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps with social sharing, tracking emails, contact management, and everything to do with our website!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend taking the Hubspot Academy courses. They will help you with your Hubspot use, as well as with your day to day marketing/sales work.
Excited about the future
What do you like best about the product?
The effort HubSpot puts into education is amazing. You can always find a "how to article" and if that doesn't help the onboarding specialist, success managers, and support team always go above and beyond!
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside I've found is the add on products. We don't currently use HubSpot for the sales team and I've run into a few issues there since we aren't paying for that service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I only have to log into one site to do everything from social media posting to landing page creation. We are now hosting our website through HubSpot and it's been so nice to create pages or change as needed without having to go through a third party.
CRM meets CMS for overall sales & marketing management
What do you like best about the product?
I love HubSpot's content management system. It's great for keeping track of everything we have in our content library.
With that, their reporting tools are excellent and give us a great overview of how our marketing efforts are performing.

Sometimes it can be difficult to work with HubSpot support, but this isn't all that common.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot, I'm able to better manage my company's content, keep track of our contacts and where they are in the pipeline, and get a great idea of how our efforts are performing.
Review for HubSpot Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Social media publishing, landing page creation and, the ability to create and send customized emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be great to have better reports and analytics for social media to see trends. Also would be nice to see analytics from "smart content" in emails.

Time is saved being able to create marketing materials all in the same platform.
Hubspot Makes Marketing So Much Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like how almost everything is in one place. I can write blog posts, emails, landing pages, see contacts, see site stats, and more, all from one site. And so can the rest of my Marketing colleagues, so I know we're all on the same page, working with the same tools, and it's not all over the place. Plus, it's easy to use and learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the proprietary features of some social media platforms, I have to go right to the source to post some things, which is an unfortunate extra step. Also, Hubspot's Lists and the And/Or filters are a little complicated (but maybe that's just me).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the company I work for, Marketing is tasked with producing leads every month. Through Hubspot, we can not only create and post content that can generate these leads, but we can track and filter them, making our reporting easy. Hubspot does a great job breaking down where leads come from.
Furthermore, I found Hubspot's courses to be really helpful. Not only are they great for learning Hubspot as a platform, but they're great for giving tips and tricks for good marketing campaigns, and I know these are real, feasible tips. I wish I could force everyone in the company to complete some of them!

Best Software for B2B Businesses!
What do you like best about the product?
I've found that all parts of HubSpot work together really well to address our B2B Marketing, Sales, & Service needs from most every angle. We've been working with the program for a couple of years now, and in that time, HubSpot has added impressive new features & enhancements on each side of the platform, and with each step, the system has become a more integral part of our business management. It's so great to work with a software company that shows continued momentum and investment - we know we're working with a winning platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user of both the Sales & Marketing platforms, I wish there was more relationship between the Sales Templates we have in place and the Marketing Emails we've developed in the system. The Marketing Emails provide so many more options, while the Sales Templates are not near as appealing or flexible.
We've not found the mobile options offered from HubSpot to be very effective. It would really be great to see additional apps and/or app capabilities to support better access to data & analytics readily available through app access.
I'm also really looking forward to continued progress from HubSpot in regards to the Knowledge Base as well! We are very eager to integrate this portion of the Service Platform into our business needs, but currently, our outside knowledge base program provides much more in the way of functionality and customization. We're ready to go all-in with HubSpot and the Knowledge Base is one of the last pieces of the puzzle we need to fall into place!

Pretty immediately, we were able replace our outdated CRM system to streamline management of contacts & company files internally. We've also been able to gain additional insights into our company's overall productivity, which really helped to unify our team's efforts as they pertain to Sales & Marketing.
The automation enabled through HubSpot has had a drastic impact on our ability to attack & accomplish more on a regular basis - and we're able to do it in less time and with less effort. This also helps to really ensure that each of our contacts is having a more consistent experience in every phase of their journey with our company.

If you are seeking a platform with the capability & potential to address the majority of your business needs, HubSpot is the best of the best. From the initial identification and contact with potential customers through the service and success of existing customers, HubSpot has the tools to do it all!
An amazing and complete tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy you can integrate tools and write code with hubspot. It´s very usefull if your business is changing every day, because you easily can test versions and new pages , send them to your team and made the fixes you need, all of this using an excellent staging environment, that allows you to feel the user experience in a very real way.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, I have noticed that sometimes when the hubspot team make some changes to the inner code, this affect us in minimal ways. This is understandable , because of the complexity of this software. But I think, that this is an oportunity to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, in my team we are able to create the entire web look and feel of our company. We have in hubspot, the main website, and the campaigns that our marketing team needs to growth the company's impact in the web.

When you start using husbpot, it looks like a new world, but it offers a lot of trainings and educational material to help you to go through it. When you understand the flow it becomes a great tool and helps you to improve your process, development, campaigns, and even emails.
Marketing Management made easy with Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is excellent for managing all the pages on your website and makes it easy to see your page performance. I also appreciate their social media tool which offers a lot of flexibility in the way we tailor messages for our target market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot has intuitive controls for your building web pages. But there are some formatting issues that we run into when attempted to build these up. Also anytime we have to go into the design editor to fix issues with website templates we have a difficult time getting the pages to adjust in the way we desire it to. Lastly we find Hubspot is an extremely expensive product for how much we use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot makes my day a lot easier. Their platform is very user friendly and is jam packed with a ton of cool features. In fact, even after using the product for a year and a half I am still uncovering new features to use for our business.
