What do you like best about the product?
UI and overall experience of HubSpot has been intuitive and above the competition
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently unveiled things like drag and drop editors are welcome though belated additions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and workflow enhancement for our sales team has improved

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best parts of the Marketing platform is that it is easy enough for a novice to use but also allows for more intense developers, like myself, to use the system without to much issue. The availability of templates for almost everything in the marketplace is extremely user friendly and the ability to edit a template is fairly intuitive through the design manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the one issue I have is with how template updates are pushed through. They often create duplicate template pages in the design manager which can be difficult to clean up, especially if you are not there from the very beginning. It would be easier with a system that when an update was ready, an alert let you know that you could update and delete the old template or file it under a new location for "DNU"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem HS has solved for us is the Chat feature. It has been nice to be able to control how that chat works and how the system answers. There are still some issues with event listeners and how they are working but otherwise HS has solved the issue of needing a full time developer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a great solution for a company without a full time developer who needs to build a website with some flexibility and integrate their CRM. It is similar in functionality to WP but is far easier to use for the non-dev employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Great in terms of personal development through the videos I have access to via the Learning Centre. The tools cover a wide range of business needs and the analytic tools are clear and concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
One frustration I have with HubSpot is the image part of social media scheduling, sometimes it seems to glitch when I try to edit an existing picture to adapt for each social media channel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to overhaul a regular event we host for external people to visit the business through the use of the meetings tool. The process is now automated by sending out a link to those attending the
event to book a specific meeting slot, saving time for all involved in the process.

A very versatile system which can adapt to your specific business needs. Lots of support and help to accomplish these with ease.
Great Sales & Marketing Solution for Our Small Company
What do you like best about the product?
As the marketing lead in my organization, I utilize the website design tools most often.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost and lacking certain features are my only dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows us to manage all of our contacts in one platform, sending them Marketing campaigns and tracking all progress in the customer lifecycle. HubSpot also made it very easy to build an amazing looking website!

What do you like best about the product?
The on-boarding was unlike any other I had encountered, with thorough, personal sessions conducted by someone (thanks Casey!) who is clearly very proficient with the service. Support after that has continued at that level, with all the help I've needed in over 50 submitted tickets. We had migrated to HubSpot from self-hosting in which I used php pretty extensively; HubDB was a big boost for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
They refuse to conduct a mind-meld with me despite repeated requests. There's just so much I could learn ;^)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Minor: the way HubSpot implements their JS apparently negatively affects my page speed score.
Minor: Cannot edit User info - like sigs - as Admin; must individually log-in, log-out. Tedious.
Other problems I've have usually arise from my ignorance of the service.

Engage with confidence. I've used other MA tools and HubSpot wins.

integrates with so many things and the reports help a lot

I don't like modules in email templates. They aren't flexible like they are on landing pages.

Great platform for any sized business!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to setup, use and integrate. I can setup all my social posts, automate communications and develop nurture campaigns from HubSpot. I can quickly look at analytics for campaigns and see what is working and what's not. I'm able to adjust my website and content easily to nurture and drive the best leads to sales.
I've used several platforms and I've never come across such a robust platform for the price!

What do you dislike about the product?
It took awhile to get use to the custom modules when building a web site through HubSpot. If you have a coding background it's not that hard.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was hired at my current company to create a website and report on analytics while creating campaigns to drive leads to sales. When I started they had several different platforms to do all this. It was a manually and long process. My first request was to get HubSpot as our marketing tool. I presented an analysis showing the benefits of HubSpot.

I can send an email, post on social, have automated nurturing, track URLs and see all my analytics from one platform.
I can design and create a full corporate website within two months.
I can set up social posts in advance so I can enjoy a vacation!

I've used HubSpot for over ten years, it's a great platform. When they took it away at my last job it was a deciding factor to find a company that would utilize it.
Not an Enterprise Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is user friendly for Marketers and Hubl is simple for developers to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot does not work very well for large blogs with multiple categories, nor does it work well for large sites with multiple languages and managing multiple users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows me to quickly build pages and modules. The ability to reuse modules and templates and hook up HubDB to them is crucial to rapid page builds.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Reconsider if you have a large blog that needs tiered categories, or if you have many users to manage, or translations.
Good experience using HS for social and website creation.
What do you like best about the product?
Webpages are relatively easy to make and look good; we use Sodium templates and have redesigned our website to improve its look using Hubspot as our new platform. Also very easy to keep track of social going out on multiple accounts using HS.
What do you dislike about the product?
When making webpages, it's difficult to tell by the titles what different modules look like without altering the template and trying them. Names should be clear / should be a hover-over description.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are consolidating all our marketing and sales efforts into one site, so everyone who requires access knows where to find it. It is now easier for our sales team to see who owns which accounts, for the marketing team to ensure that all our leads are in one place, and for us to set up our social, emails, workflows etc. to work seamlessly per campaign.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for social and for keeping leads in one database. Landing pages can be great but you need to make sure you're using the best templates, and it takes a while of playing about to see what everything does as there isn't a function to easily see what the modules look like without editing the whole template.
It's a good way of keeping everyone's accounts in order once everyone has gotten on board, but it takes a while to consolidate the data and get the company into the habit of putting all their leads in HubSpot.

Everything I Need, All Rolled Into a Single, Extremely Easy to Use Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Microsoft's and Adobe's CMS platforms over the years, combined with other tools (Constant Contact, Falcon, etc.). HubSpot blows them all away in simplicity. The integration between all the components makes everything work seamlessly. Gone are the days of pulling email addresses from one system and then uploading them into another. From a usability and performance standpoint, the CMS platform is so fast, it's almost like using a desktop app.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's starting to get to be a bit pricey. The required on-boarding had to be done within a certain time frame that was to Hubspot's convenience, not mine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating and tracking leads. Having better visibility into what a user is viewing and what actions they are taking (or not). This allows us to focus on creating messages vs. spending time manually compiling analytics from different sources.
