Analytics and content on the same place
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has some great tools included, like the “Drag and Drop” and “Preview”, which work perfectly when building the website and show the inbound marketing through results received in real-time. The Leadflows is another great tool for integration to your campaigns. Something that really highlights from Hubspot is the training offered by the same community, that’s able to turn every employee involved into a professional from this software. Last but not least, the support from HubSpot is amazing! Always able to help and respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot has too many tools! This is a like and a dislike at the same time because there are so many of them, that it’s hard to understand them all in a short time. Another thing I dislike has to do with pricing, as it requires some serious investment from companies before deploying it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is used by the Marketing and sales department for my organization as a CRM tool. Within the Marketing staff, Hubspot works well for managing websites, blogs, social media and viewing our prospects relevant information. I have to say that Hubspot is a real time saver, as we’re able to see all the marketing statistics (messages received, email sent, site visits, etc) in a single marketing tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is great for members of the Marketing Staff involved in Email Marketing, blogging, analytics and content creation. I would recommend this software with my eyes closed. For me, Hubspot is definitely the #1 CRM software.
Excellent tool for social media marketing
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very useful tool when you start in digital marketing, it is a complete CRM that will increase the potential of your work team. You can create your list of contacts, and find company profiles, organizing every detail of the potential and regular customers of the company, it will also help you create successful strategies with which you will take the content of your website to reach the right audience to your product or service

The business plan is really expensive, although it's worth it is not accessible for many businesses that are starting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it in our beginnings as a strategic marketing tool, it was very useful to have and organize every detail of our clients, but also generate the general strategy of positioning our services through the web, it is a very complete CRM and it was a tool of support to start and let us know
Easy for Startup Founder
What do you like best about the product?
Same UI across products making it easy for a one-woman show to handle all aspects of marketing. Also love the crossover with the sales products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some documentation is out of date - I get it's hard to keep up but little things like that are frustrating when you're trying to learn how to do something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email communication and automated notifications for product. Easily capturing leads on blog sites.

It's so easy to run marketing operations using the suite of tools and integrations

Nothing substantial. The social publisher could be better but it hasn't stopped us from achieving our aims.

It's amazing - the perfect marketing platform. Do a trial, read the blog and read reviews.
Easy to manipulate
What do you like best about the product?
I have great appreciation for this great tool, it is easy to manipulate, it takes some training but nothing complex. It is very comfortable to operate the system, and I feel quite comfortable. The monitoring of websites and social integrations are very beneficial. In addition, the templates are highly practical.
What do you dislike about the product?
The negative thing about Hubspot is its media library for content and images. Your sample with extreme disorder. Fantastic that they take it into consideration to have a better user interface and give it a more efficient use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Considering the automation of social publications we are able to save a lot of time which we can take advantage of in other tasks. We have also been able to improve with respect to marketing automation, our workflow has improved thanks to this tool.
I heart HubSpot

HubSpot makes managing content easy. The platform is intuitive to use.

There are weird quirks if you open HubSpot in Safari.

#1 tool for marketing management and automation
What do you like best about the product?
When managing a project, Hubspot comes with a tool to highlight actions, by allowing the user to assign a number of points for each action, helping on the positioning of the brand and simplifying the process of getting visibility. Another thing is the support of Hubspot, one of the best support teams I have ever dealed with, giving fast and effective responses and being available all the time
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues to be fixed with coding, something most of the members of our team are unfamiliar with. When you want to customize your website, there too many tools and it makes this process very complicated. I think Hubspot should add a feature to import directly from a document to a blog. I’m actually surprised this option has never been integrated in a software like this one.

My company uses Hubspot as a tool for marketing management and automation. We especially choose it for in-depth analytics, as it’s one of the most powerful CRM on the market. By using Hubspot, the marketing team is able to create content, follow campaigns and even manage some projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a great tool for any company because of the many benefits it provides in terms of marketing management. However, taking advantage of the potential from Hubspot will most likely be possible for large companies. When it comes to pricing, I wouldn’t recommend it for small companies or start-ups, as it may be too high if you’re only starting.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a great marketing automation platform for starters. If you ton have hundreds of thousands of records or do not require lots complex automation to be built into your Marketing tech stack, then HubSpot is for you.
We use HubSpot for all of our Webinar, and email campaigns at my company. we are a start up and do not have lots of complex campaigns put in place yet and HubSpot is working just fine managing our flows.

There are still limitations on how HubSpot integrates with other sales and marketing platforms that I hope they will fix soon.
Also, while HubSpot works very well for companies who require basic automations and campaigns, it may not be scalable as your marketing automation needs becomes too complex and sophisticated.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has everything in one place. They also have a large library of information and certifications for their programs which is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how difficult it is to use, you really have to get certified and read their how-to guides to really know how to do anything.
