Hubspot allows me to launch amazing marketing campaigns with ease!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allowed me to successfully market my company! Hubspot allows me to modify my website with ease, build and drive more traffic, track my customer reports, and promote my content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once I figured out exactly how to work and implement all the components, Hubspot worked great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We really just wanted to find a program that enables us to adjust and update our website, increase traffic, and launch successful marketing campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows us to optimize our web traffic in a way that creates actionable items to reach out to prospects more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we could see actual pages visited and also get more user-specific details on the site traffic to allow for more targeted follow up that would be a beneficial feature we would take advantage of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows us to better manage our online campaigns and site traffic. We now have the ability to create direct and trickle campaigns to convert prospects to clients. We also utilize the CRM to manage new opportunities and track existing client response.
Great Product, High Price
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a powerful tool that brings all of your marketing tools into one location, allowing for powerful collaboration efforts and marketing plans that involved different channels seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is very high, so it's obviously not something for all businesses. It also takes a long time to set-up and onboard properly, so it can be tough to really take advantage of the powerful platform for the first 6+ months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to better execute and track our marketing efforts (blogging, email marketing, social media, CRM, etc.). This has allowed us to have better data to make decisions, and ensure things don't fall through the cracks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you are prepared to invest the time and money in the platform. Not only to set it up properly, but to be able to take advantage of all its tools. If you are not interested in doing email marketing, for instance, then it might not be worth it to use Hubspot. However, if you are ready and able to expand your marketing efforts then it is a powerful product that can provide results.
Very elaborate way to track clients and migrate websites to.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is an excellent CMS, whether it's for small or large businesses. We are partnered with them and have many clients migrating to their system. Email automation and funneling are amazing features and are unparalelled.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's a complicated tool, the training marketing and sales certifications are uselessly hard and complicated. I prefer a much more generalized approach with optional details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many clients can now track their leads, automate emails and meetings. Informations are very customizable and classifiable.
HubSpot is easy to use when you get used to it
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to navigate, and easy to find things on the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about hubspot.

We currently use HubSpot to post for social media as well as post blogs.

What do you like best about the product?
From a Marketing standpoint, HubSpot is great to empower our Sales team to use this for emails, lead tracking, etc. It is so helpful to have this all in one place where a single log on can give you any information you may need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media feature is not great. I find it more efficient to go to each social networking platform and post as I can mention this way (for Facebook, HubSpot no longer has this feature), size correctly, and receive better and more robust analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead tracking, email marketing. We have benefited from using it as our Sales team is empowered to make updates to their contacts and has everything in one organized place. It makes it much more efficient for Marketing to send to specified lists. We also love their blog add-in.
Hubspot- Makes a Marketer's Job Easier.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is incredible - the best thing is its ease of use. No matter your skill level, you'll be able to grasp how to use this platform without issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently the only issue I have is that there isn't a separate "reply to" feature in their email system. So, if I send out a national marketing email for one of my sales guys, I can't have the responses go out to him.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segmentation made easy. Lists on lists on lists are possible. We use it for our blog as well, and that process of that couldn't be easier. They do keep switching and relocating parts of the platform, though.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. Get the trial version if you want to test it out. it's amazing.
Great Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I have introduced Hubspot to multiple businesses I am involved with and people are always impressed with its integration options and workflow abilities. Personally, I am impressed that it is a great match regardless of the industry you are in. I also like it that it doesn't require much training to get into it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is somewhat pricey and, sometimes, the workflow feature is just too simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I initially started using it for my enterprise software development business and it turned out to be a great match covering everything from customer engagement (works well in combination with MailChimp), customer relationship management (it automatically adds some informative data to many customers, great customer data management capabilities) and sales (it works extremely well to document customer communications). A great match for my enterprise software development company! Encouraged by the great results, I stared implementing it at another business I am involved in. A farm! What a game changer. It is so easy to use that the sales people could see the benefits before even using it. Now, it helps them with building meaningful customer relationships while staying focused on sales activities. The farm is even using it to track customer activities on their web page. Very helpful!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are considering it for a startup company or small business, you should look no further: This is the best solution out there! I have tested like 10+ similar solutions and none of them came close to this one when it comes to features and integration options.
A lifesaver and timesaver
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has made it so much easier for my colleagues and I to deliver quick results for our clients as well as take their marketing to the nth level; having everything in one place (emails, landing pages, social, blogs, sales) and being able to track the success of campaigns. Not only that, their customer support is top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot can be a little buggy when posting new blogs, updating pagez or emails, e.g., making changes to content, but the changes won't take. It gets annoying when you're working on a massive piece of work that you can't save.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating the use of multiple marketing tools and various software. Having everything needed to run a successful marketing campaign, from a-to-z, in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. Ignore the price. Hubbspot is an investment, not an expense. You'll definitely see a ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive product and really easy to use. From emails and workflow automations to list management and website development, Hubspot does it all and has helped our team take our digital marketing efforts to the next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the website analytics could drill down further and help.you uncovermore trends with the Google Analytics integration.

Increasing efficiency without having to add more team members. Hubspot helps us automate repetitive tasks and helps us focus on work that matters most instead of the day to day admin stuff
