What do you like best about the product?
Content hub makes my job as a demand gen manager easier by enabling me to publish content using AI tools and editing on a whim. I highly recommend it!

The AI tool could use some refining but overall is helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Marketing Manager in a university, what I value the most about HubSpot Content Hub is how it allows us to centralize our entire content strategy in one place. We manage campaigns for different audiences —prospective students, alumni, and business partners— and Content Hub makes it easy to personalize, repurpose, and scale content without losing consistency. The integrations with our CRM and marketing automation tools save time, improve collaboration across teams, and ensure our communications deliver real impact. It’s not just about publishing; it’s about building a connected and measurable content strategy that supports both recruitment and brand positioning
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot Content Hub is a powerful tool, I believe there is room for improvement in how it integrates with AI. For organizations like ours that manage multiple audiences and need to scale content production, more advanced and seamless AI-driven features would make the platform even more functional and valuable for both internal teams and the end client experience.
