Great CRM, needs work on Reporting

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to connect all the dots on a contact's activity. I like the user-friendly side of Hubspot. Also having one central location for all your contacts' activities makes it easier to retell the story.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is poor and the ability to link deals and contacts need improvement. Ability to link the deals with contacts and the fact that contacts do not automatically get associated with companies is a big minus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run all marketing and sales in Hubspot currently. We do have the landing pages of our website build in HS, as well as the Social Media that we run is also done in Hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If outbound marketing is your focus, then this tool might be problematic for you.

HubSpot is the perfect mix of a CRM with a CMS

What do you like best about the product?
That all marketing activities are on-hand in one neatly packaged platform with access to assistance as and when you need it. Your website and marketing activities are completely aligned allowing you to let your website work harder for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system can be slow when it gets busy and the certifications change too frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not currently experience any major problems but the benefits feel invaluable. I have been able to really dig into my customer base and sales pipeline and remove those that are no longer active and keep those who I can nurture into evangelists.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how HubSpot keeps all my marketing efforts together in one place, and helps me market smarter to my audience. I especially like the calendar, which shows a visual of all my efforts, organized by campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have anything that I dislike. If I ever come across a problem, their support has been great at helping me fix it/find a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really helped me to focus on inbound marketing. It's a great way to stay organized. I've also seen some sales as a result of the organic traffic I'm achieving through blogs and landing pages.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Hubspot because it is really user-friendly and so easy to look up customer information/analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I dislike anything about this program! The price gets high if you keep upgrading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a full range of problems with Hubspot. Everything from writing for our site/blogs, to checking analytics. Without Hubspot we would be frozen...tracking growth would be impossible (or at least more difficult).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a business of a certain size, HubSpot is an essential. Marketing automation and CRM work is so easy with HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
Blog in evolution, web template and design tools, and email tools, I really like it, I can see everything in one place. I received my emails and also checked our paid and organic searches. It's really fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more analysis tools, although they are adding more and improving some. More useful features could be added to the A/B page testing tool. After using something as simple as MailChimp, Hubspot definitely has a bit of a learning curve. It just takes a little time and it's really not that difficult. I learn slowly sometimes when it comes to new software!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot for email marketing and nurturing. Also for our blog and some landing pages. I mainly use it for blogs and web pages, as well as for the analysis tools. We have created successful campaigns and email campaigns with Hubspot's email automation; and I enjoy the ease of page building. Our entire team can work on blog posts, not just those with coding knowledge. Hubspot has also been easy to learn for me and other team members who were new.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is easy to use and meets most of our business needs. I, and others on my team, have experienced that Hubspot is quite easy to adopt and the support has been good.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is by far the marketing tool I spent most of my day in, because it holds everything I need from content management to lead generation and reporting. What I like the most is the way all modules of HubSpot are nicely integrated together, and how I never get stuck, as there are always multiple ways to achieve a given task.
What do you dislike about the product?
By design, HubSpot is meant to be contact-oriented and not account-oriented. Therefore, it has some limits when you want to use it for account-based marketing. The former mobile app was better than the new one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the central place for all digital marketing, helping my whole marketing team achieve our lead generation objectives through content, web optimization, social, and more.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been working with HubSpot for over 5 years and lately with both the Marketing and COS for 13 months. The system offers email automation, social, blogs and tagging for SEO. The support from the HubSpot team dedicated to our environment is phenomenal. HubSpot is consistently adding features to the tool and while it may take time to get used to new navigation or flow of task completion, the edits typically deliver great value.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's the best marketing automation platform for the money and includes a wide variety of features. What's not to love!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We consistently deliver 1M email to our customer and prospect database monthly. We also publish social and blogs daily, if not more often. We host our website on HubSpot and leverage premium support along with HubSpot Partner resources to keep us nimble and to take advantage of all the available capabilities.

A good all in one solution for small businesses / sales teams

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot captures the foundational needs of many small businesses with an all in one crm/marketing automation/seo tool. When I am a team of two with a sales group, it is my go-to answer. Everything is in one place and they work hard at making it better all the time
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot strives to become a salesforce with huge walled gardens when they just do not have the same capabilities. Hubspot cannot be an smb tool but still own data and make it hard to connect outside apis when you want to extract. I often find myself using zapier to transfer information to outside sources because hubspot restricted structured data import practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run the entire top of the funnel and drip marketing for my team through hubspot at the core. Our sales team does not use hubspot for their own sales org so I have to transfer all data constantly to salesforce as well. Hubspot serves as my back of the house database for managing all email, social and seo with website management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure your team is ready for an all in one software, hubspot is hard to mix in with outside softwares

What do you like best about the product?
I loved how easy it was to create branded templates and make sure our inbound and outbound marketing materials were unified. Hubspot also has a really fabulous support team that's incredibly responsive and goes the extra mile to help our team succeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was sometimes tough to navigate through the design manager and the page builder when you're trying to debug an issue on a landing page or email. simplifying the custom code section might help that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We chose hubspot because we wanted a more seamless integration with our salesforce and a better lead scoring process. hubspot has definitely helped us reach those goals - and our entire team has a more efficient workflow because of it.

Hubspot is powerful, complex, modern, and updated frequently - perfect for the agile content marketing team.
