Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the analytics tool in Hubspot that let's you view all your data. The campaign and workflow tools are also a great way to help save precious time and money!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the best when it comes to price as compared to the other alternatives available in the market
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically every aspect of marketing is take care by hubspot from emailing to website to analytics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great platform to get started and eventually grow the marketing funnel.
Excellent premium CRM with a couple drawbacks
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent CRM and sales side of things, intuitive, easy to understand, fast to train new salespeople on how to use it effectively. In general, the product is easy to use and even less tech-savvy people can quickly figure out their way around it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website functionality is hindered by a lack of customization options (namely plugins) and there aren't too many affordable Hubspot developers out there. They aren't transparent about the quality of their servers they use for shared hosting making it difficult to address TTFB issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of our thousands of customers and having a lot of features offered under one SaaS.
Great tool to enable teams in the age of AI
What do you like best about the product?
Content Hub has a ton of great features to help teams create and build webpages more easily. Their new AI tools like content remix make building full campaigns really impactful and scalable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although support is always available, the support team relies heavily on the HubSpot Academy (Which is available through any HubSpot question Google search). Before I reach out to support, I Google my question as well, it can be frustrating to have the same article I just read that did not solve my problem sent back to me.

Hubspot Almost Hits the Spot Everytime
What do you like best about the product?
The versatality of Hubspot is awesome. There are so many things you can do with this program to help push the goals of your company forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have trouble working within the limitations in design. I wish there were more options or flexibility to create. Sometimes I also find that you have to figure processes out, and that there's no one simple and straightforward way to do something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to utilize it a lot for landing pages and keeping up with our audience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Fabulous product for getting feet wet within consumer marketing products. Definitely will keep you busy not only figuring but making use of the tools available like automation, landing pages, groups, etc.
Hubspot for all around business needs
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot offers a plethora of features great for business. The CRM is easily adaptable for our companies needs, The blog feature is used for three of our companies blogs, and the support they offer is great and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain coding aspects of hubspot that can be hard to utilize with our backend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps to tie all of our sales reps together under a great platform and has great social media options for our company as well.
Very good and getting better
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to learn and use. Hubspot is evolving quickly and they are continually upgrading aspects to make it more useful for B2B companies (for example, they recently added company-based workflows)
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to build beautiful landing page and email templates using their internal builder. Additionally, the reporting is built to accommodate contacts reports, but is not nearly as robust for reporting at the company level.

All-in-one tool for building and managing contact segmentation, emails, landing pages, social posts, paid channels, and blog.
Irreplacable marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Great interface and templates for making workflows. Even at the pro tier, many powerful tools for content-creation and automating nearly every aspect of digital marketing. Good data integration as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very expensive, especially for smaller companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Records of client data and VoIP. Also, keeping track of content-creation on social media. Great help for making reports to help with sales as well.

Read guides online about how to use the interface before diving in.
Hubspot is a great tool for a novice web designer

I find the platform extremely easy to use and navigate.

I was very quickly sent to the forum to request help on a design problem when the customer service agent didn't know the answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is where our main website is hosted and it is very easy to edit content, webpages and design.

Take advantage of the hubspot community for problems. They are very helpful. Also the online education classes are super helpful in the beginning.

There are a few things that could be updated on hubspot. The overall look needs to be more customer intuitive.
