Great tools that keep getting better
What do you like best about the product?
The transition from CMS Hub to Content Hub has been fantastic. The toolset is great and continues to get better
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot. The tools are sophisticated enough for enterprise and easy to use enough for SMB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved our website from WordPress to HubSpot CMS and have recommended it to all our clients. It's just better.

The built-in CRM integration is a game changer. It allows for a seamless experience between marketing and sales efforts, helping teams personalize interactions and improve engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get a bit tricky when it comes to advanced customization. If you're not familiar with coding, you'll likely need help from a developer to make more complex changes.

It is an excellent tool for businesses looking for an all-in-one solution to manage their website and marketing. Its drag-and-drop editor makes it easy to build and update pages without needing much technical expertise.

Faster, more secure and easier than WP. We love content Hub and Content Remix!

Integration with Econmmerce is limited - Shopify is a good extension

It's very user friendly as a tool - easy to navigate and easy to get acclimated to. It's as simple or as complex as you need it to be

There's no much I dislike, if I had to say anything it'd be having a few issues with outlook syncing sometimes

It's solving the issue of revenue operations and the organizing of the data that reflects how we're doing

It's an easy way to implement customer behavior and to create our FAQ forums and to also gain feedback from campaigns and tactics you want to run

It can be a little more top view friendly

We were needing better ways to fill out forms and to provide a chat bot
The easiest CMS system for marketers
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about CMS Hub is ease of use and flexibility. We have a wide variety of clients with different levels of tech acumen that are easily able to manage and update their websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price difference between Starter and Pro is too wide in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot CMS is easy to build on for our team and easy to manage for our clients.

Constant evolution, AI with Breeze and connected system of record.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the templates clients buy are terrible and we as their agency then need to work with them.

Fast deployment, speed, centralised reporting suite with CRM

The most helpful thing about the CMS Hub is it's integration with the marketing hub. I am able to use personalization etc from my marketing hub on content

I'd like to be able to save more templates

Ecosystem with third party tools is somewhat lacking compared to, say, WordPress or Webflow.

It enables our team to iterate quickly and launch new pages without the need for a dev time.

Endless possibilities to track prospects and customers.

There's little I do not like. At times I've been frustrated with some lack of functionality but many of the tools have been integrated into the program.
