I loved the interface and tools where it let's you build workflows and processes as per your requirements and business needs. also loved the cloud encryption which helps you in securing business.

There is nothing to dislike at the moment. The features are absolutely value to money.

This tool let's me build workflows and process as per the clients need with ease
It made it easy for me and my colleagues to work through various business issues.

DecisionRules simplifies day, to day decision making,. The interface not very user friendly and the documentation lacking.

DecisionRules has facilitated our team in creating and managing decision trees. We build rules and automate decision making processes.

DecisionRules allows users with limited on no coding skills and technical knowledge to create rules for various purposes. This makes DecisionRules a user-friendly and powerful tool for decision automation and optimization. DecisionRules supports various technologies and integrations out of the box via its SDKs. You can easily integrate your rules with your existing systems using the REST API or the SDKs. DecisionRules offers live customer support from 8AM to 5PM CET Mon-Fri via a chat bubble on their website. They also provide email support for sales and technical inquiries. However, they do not disclose any data or statistics on their customer service performance or feedback. Therefore, it is hard to assess how efficient their customer service is compared to other similar services or industry standards.

DecisionRules allows you to collaborate with your team members on creating and managing rules, but that may also lead to some challenges in reaching a consensus or agreement on the best rules for your business.

DecisionRules offers a RESTful API and SDKs for various languages and frameworks that enable you to easily integrate your business rules with your existing systems and applications. This can help you streamline your processes, reduce complexity, and improve performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Straightforward and intuitive tool to use. You do not need to go through a lot of documentation to understand how to create your rule. The biggest advantage is no installation is needed.
