What do you like best about the product?
The crafted interface and intuitive menu system make using it a breeze, for users whether they are newbies or experienced individuals. The platform offers documentation and assistance throughout the integration process reducing the amount of time and effort our team needs to invest in adapting. The dedication of the support team, in addressing inquiries and worries has built trust in the platforms dependability.The flexibility of the platform enables us to assess customer qualifications implement pricing strategies that adapt to situations and carry out a range of decision making tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
While DecisionRules provides documentation, the depth for certain features could be more comprehensive. Reporting features could be more robust
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making decisions manually can take up a lot of time. Is susceptible, to mistakes. DecisionRules makes decision making more efficient by automating rule based decisions, which saves time and minimizes the chances of mistakes. DecisionRules can be a tool, in streamlining the process of determining eligibility. It helps ensure that accurate and consistent determinations are made, in industries such, as finance, insurance or healthcare.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to integrate with the existing system. Most of the rules that we create in our devops team are more error free becouse of less human involve. Easy to use and understand. DecisionRules can be integrated with other 3rd party apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I faced difficulty in using DecisionRules APIs with other software and support was not able to resolve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Created automed workflow in the Devops process to remove all the manual multiple processes. Testing the code reviews is good with DecisionRules.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very good and interactive. We can easily create our decision rules and fetch the data easily by applying various filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now I dont think that this website has something that i dont like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me in creating decision rules in very less time and fetch the data at a higher rate per minute. The cost is also very less. The user interface makes it easy to perform any tasks that i want.

The ease of use of DecisionRules is great compared to similar software in the market. The implementation becomes fairly simple with this, leading to major time and cost savings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personalization options are rather limited , which may affect the overall benefits of using this tool. I am yet to explore this part completely , but this is based on experience .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It removed guesswork out of taking decisions and basically had a simple way of telling me of the SOPs used for situations.

As my work is closely related to API calls, I can manage my API calls through.decisionrules.io.
Also, its decision tree designer is robust and easy to use too. It gives enough options and tags to manage tasks.

Not used much, but customer support seems to be an issue here. Also, can use graph for a better and more interactive experience. Still better than its alternatives.
