Streamlined Document Management and Traceability
What do you like best about the product?
I use Arena PLM & QMS to manage documents and control revisions effectively. The structured yet flexible workflows match real-world processes and maintain traceability without slowing teams down. I appreciate that engineering, quality, and supply chain all work off the same product record, reducing version confusion and chaos. The system's filters, sorting, and export options save me time in finding and managing the exact documents I need. The revision control option is helpful for tracking changes, and storing regulatory documents in Arena ensures easy access. Additionally, the tool requires no heavy IT overhead, enabling teams across locations to work in the same environment without friction. The initial setup was very quick and user-friendly, unlike other systems like SAP.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's some friction in search and data retrieval if you don't know exactly how something is named or structured, finding the right item, document, or record can take longer than it should. And when I try to export some data, some of the units are missing in the exported Excel, like if there are some items starting with '0', those are exported without zero, and it is taking more time to export. It would be better to filter out the things that I need to export.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Arena PLM & QMS to manage documents, track revisions, and improve traceability. It saves me time with filters and sorting for quick document access. Engineering, quality, and supply chain work off the same records, reducing version confusion and mistakes. It enhances workflow flexibility and simplifies traceability.
Secure Document Control for Team Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Provides secure document control that can be easily shared between teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is not very intuitive, takes awhile to get use to and implement when changing from previous system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security of documentation, oversight of product lifecycle, tracking and implementation of change controls.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the tight integration between product and quality, where changes in design automatically link to quality workflows, improving traceability and decision making. I like the user-friendly interface and the cross-functional adoption feature, which makes it easy for everyone to access the latest data as well as access previous version/revision of files, thereby reducing delays and improving workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
ERP/other system integrations need more effort, workflows can feel a little rigid for complex processes, items added to DRW (design request) cannot be directly pulled to DCO (change order), and performance optimization for large BOMs and datasets is needed. More flexible customization of workflows and approvals would be beneficial.

Arena PLM & QMS eliminates version confusion by centralizing product data, controls engineering changes with full traceability, and reduces design-manufacturing errors. Its user-friendly interface and cross-functional adoption enhance workflow efficiency by ensuring everyone works with the latest data.
Great Document Storage, But Outdated and Unfriendly UI
What do you like best about the product?
It s a good tool to store all the important documents. Has time stamps and adding the users is very easy process

The UI is very outdated. Feels like using a website from 2000s. Not at all user friendly

My organization uses it to store the supplier documents and reviews and signoffs
Easy to Navigate Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I use this frequently and it is easy to navigate

As Arena is easy to navigate, it also doesn't have a how to navigate the app.

It helps me by being able to find what I need with a few clicks

often the menus or workflow does not make sense.
Just today, we had an ECO and redline was not showing within ECO.
we had a PCBA assembly where a capacitor had two RFEF DES removed, and the label on pCBA going from A1 to A2.
The redline was visible within BOM but not within ECO .
soon as the label was added as an item for change, then the RED line was showing changes within the ECO for both the PCBA and the label.
so that was interesting and not very intuitive.
The REDlines shoud have shown what is being changed to PCBA and Alert should have shown that Label is not added under the "item to change".

Reliable System and Excellent Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Arena is a reliable solution that supports our needs well.
The customer service is excellent - whenever I have an issue, there’s always someone to assist and resolve it.
While no system is perfect, I find the platform useful and would recommend it.

Arena can be slow when loading searches with many results or handling large records, which impacts workflow efficiency.
In addition, the saved search widgets on the homepage display results from oldest to newest, showing outdated entries first instead of the most recent ones, which limits their usefulness.

Arena a reliable and hassle free PLM solution
What do you like best about the product?
Arena is a cloud based and easy to use, follow and expand. The online help and support is very responsive and the solution just works without any issues. The team at Arena are only too glad to assist, have a great attitude and are easy to deal with.
Our migration was seamless and we had great support from the project team during our migration. Integration with Silicon Experts was painless and contributes to product lifecycle planning within Arena.
Since moving over to Arena we find that our colleagues use it frequently for product data unlike our previous system.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few downsides to using Arena. The only issue I have seen is regressing a BOM but even that is doable in an effective manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a cloud based solution which requires no support form our IT department. Likewise the solution is available in multiple countries making it easy to adopt throughout our organisation.
Pro eQMS Review of ARENA System
What do you like best about the product?
Internally, ARENA is user friendly and offers helpful eQMS traceability for important ISO 13485 modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
The export features could use a little more work. Fonts and sizing don't seem proportional when exporting / printing some screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coming from an aged product to ARENA has helped with standard document control functions as well as change management. ARENA has allowed for us to use their standard modules to implement process control without significant changes that affect our product line(s).
