Sunday Sky is an excellent business partner
What do you like best about the product?
The team at Sunday Sky are wonderful business partners. They are receptive to new ideas, happy to come up with solutions together, are great with working with specific budgets and requirements, and are a very quick to respond/ easy to work with. They are very knowledgable about their craft and help every step along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
They did miss some details (minor QA items) prior to launch, but as the SME/ business user, our team caught them and Sunday Sky was quick to implement fixes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped us quickly implement personalized video and tracking for our marketing campaigns.

Great customization and easy video creation
What do you like best about the product?
The platform itself is very user friendly. We've been able to create videos in a matter of hours without a ton of technical support or knowledge on how to create a video. The personalization is also very easy to do! Setup was super easy, and we've been making videos much more often than in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
They created it in a way that you don't overthink things, but sometimes it means there's not a lot of flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We sometimes lack the resources to make every video we want to make, but Sunday Sky allows us to make nice videos on our own.
User friendly experience
What do you like best about the product?
I am super thrilled with how SundaySky has been incorporating user-feedback and updating frequently. It has been a very positive experience to create videos for my team. I am happy with the content I have created and look forward to even more updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am hoping for further updates that allow for more customization and freeform within the platform. I would love to be able to change AI voices for different scenes, and upload larger files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to easily create client videos that promote products. I can easily duplicate videos which makes it a better experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of user experience. I like that I can come in with my completed script, some ideas of visuals, and get a video completed and approved within an hour or so.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI feature isn't great. I've tried to use several times with a full script, I've never liked anything that it pulls together and I usually have to start from scratch again. Not a big deal though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying and putting our products to real customer pain points. You can visualize the product to customer with the use of stories and visuals. Makes the product we are selling easier to explain.

We use it to create content videos for our company and it is easy to train people to use.
An Easy to Use Platform For High Quality Videos
What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes creating a video very easy! They streamline the process while still giving additional customization options to make each video feel unique. I would also speak very highly of their customer support. Whenever I've had a question about the platform, the team is very quick to repond and fully investigates to find the answer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform is slow when making large changes or uploading external content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform allows for scaling our video production output without sacrificing on quality.
SundaySky is a helpful beginners' video-building tool for many presentation-style projects
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that animations are pre-built, text is easy to rewrite, stock images and audio are built in, and the AI feature has been invaluable to us, even for videos not built entirely in SundaySky. The themes are also fairly easy to customize with brand colors.
What do you dislike about the product?
SundaySky proclaimed to have readily-available VO artists on hand if you needed something more personalized than an AI voice, but they are late in reponse time and delivery. There could also be more detailed customizations for text placement and animation, as well as control of timing/length of a scene. Finally, my least favorite aspect is the export quality; it is always pixelated, unless you use the SundaySky player, which my team cannot due to website limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for easy storyboarding, rebuilding/editing, quicker effects available rather than building everything from scratch, aspects work fairly well in conjunction with Adobe video products (can export a SundaySky video and overlay more personalized animations after). I also enjoy the new AI template builder, very helpful for finding the flow of a video. SundaySky is great for the creative process.

What do you like best about the product?
I didn't know anything about video creation when we bought SundaySky. I am moderately tech savvy but I was able to log in, do the guided tutorial and make my first video in under an hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could use human voice overs with the stock video content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to create training videos for all of our usecases and the personas that I use for onboarding new GTM employees. It saves me HOURS of live classroom time.
SundaySky Review as an in-house Video Specialist for my Organization
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about SundaySky is being able to empower our teammates with on-brand video templates that are pretty locked down so that those without or very little experience in video editing can make amazing on-brand videos. I also love the extensive stock library and options that are available to everyone. Our organization also appreciated the ease of implementation and the cooperation of our dedicated SundaySky champion assisting with the initial onboarding. We find with this cooperation, integrating SundaySky into our operations was a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about SundaySky about SundaySky is some of the layout limitations in some of the scene templates. I wish I could mirror which side a lower third is on and resize buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SundaySky is helping our organization create videos at scale without using up resources from our dedicated video team. That way our video teams have the bandwidth to tackle some more bespoke content. At first we're piloting SundaySky to make personalized Onboarding Videos but will be expanding to doing more client-facing and social media videos.
