Operations Hub helps to better integrate other tools and optimize your data health
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool to optimize your data health in your CRM and help to better integrate with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a little bit expensive, so it is somewhat difficult to build a buisness case around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better integrations with other tools and custom ERP systems. Better Data health within your platform.
Ops Hub Saves the Day
What do you like best about the product?
Operations Hub is a godsend as a solo, in-house CRM admin. Having insight into data quality and being able to reformat it with Ops Hub custom workflows saves me a ton of time each each.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a user friendly for people without extensive techincal epereince. I wish there was a Bootcamp for Ops Hub/basic dev work.

It's the way the integrations and screens for apis and workflow actions are easy

Great Tool for keeping Data and Processes Aligned
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about the Operations hub is how easy it makes and syncing and cleaning data across different systems. The interface is straightforward and implementation was smooth. I really like the automation features because they save a lot of time on repetitive task. It also integrates very well with CRMs, marketing platform, and other tool we use daily which keeps everything connected. its easy to use and easily integrate with our tools,
What do you dislike about the product?
Its been working fine overall. some of the advanced customization require extra setup, but the documentation and customer support team are helpful in getting things right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it frequently to maintain cleaner data automate processes, and make sure information flow correctly between systems. This has reduced manual work and improved accuracy across team. It also helps keep our CRM more reliable, which benefits sale and marketing. Customer support has been a responsive whenever we have had questions because which makes the experience even better.
Great Tool for Unifying Data and Automating Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot operation hub makes it easy to sync and do clean data across systems without needing heavy technical skills. The setup fees straightforward and the feature like data sync and automation rules save us a lot of manual effort. I use it almost to daily, and Integrations with hubspot CRM and 3rd party app have worked smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation takes a bit of time at the beginning, especially if you have a complex data mapping . it's not really a downside, but it does require some patience to get it right
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us cut down duplicate records, automate routine processes, and keep CRM more reliable. And customer support has been quick and Helpful whenever I had questions, which made the adoption process easier. overall it makes day to day work more efficient
Did not get what we paid for
What do you like best about the product?
Has some elements that could help with our data transformation needs. The logging feature allows for verification that the process is running as expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
We built a solution using some features from Operations Hub during the sales process. After we closed the deal, all the features were shut off. They said, those features are not included in the price of what you paid for, you'll need to pay more. I'm very frustrated by how this played out. We don't have extra budget for what I consider pretty basic features, like editing contact fields.
Maybe it's lucky though... after building the automations I find they are more difficult to use or limited than other similar products. Edits to contact records happen async, and can take several seconds each (which doesn't work well for our application). Standard functions are very limited which means most solutions would need to built in javascript.
Compare this to salesforce field editing... nobody would say salesforce is easy to use, but at least there are many options available to transform data values in real time. And it's all included.

What I like best about HubSpot Operations Hub is how it automates and syncs data across systems, making it easy to track PO changes, air quotes, and carrier claims without manual updates. It keeps everything accurate and efficient.

There’s not much to complain about—HubSpot Operations Hub is intuitive and reliable. If anything, some advanced features could be more accessible on lower-tier plans, but overall, it works seamlessly for our needs.
