What do you like best about the product?
If you want a platform that understands how your operational mind is wired, you've found it. The system is set up beautifully to take the concepts you dream up and put them into play in your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be some initial confusion as to how things work, but this is easily remedied by hubspot academy and community resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to develop ROI on our activities for the first time ever.

It takes more IT and programing than I am able to do.

What do you like best about the product?
Every process, brand and company is unique, and Operations Hub allows for building a fully customized system in helpful ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm starting to use this more, and at this time do not have any feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for customizing for unique processes and the need to track specific data that are coming from integrations, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Ops Hub allows me to do easier data cleanup and use custom coded actions in workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's is not a clear use-case for a specific reason for Ops Hub leaving people feeling like a gotchya to upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I couldn't use custom coded actions in HubSpot before, now I can!

What do you like best about the product?
Operationshub gives Viewrail the ability to use custom objects to make our software integrations easier to do. This allows our sales teams to remain in hubspot for more of their day to day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
While custom objects are great, they are not as easy, and not as feature packed as standard objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our sales teams to view more data about what they are selling from our other internal sales tools data.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to build more automations in workflows and build custom objects allows me to make the CRM work best for Viewrail.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be limiting and hold me back on how not all objects act the same ie core objects vs custom objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It alllws me to build a RevOps engine that powers the customer experience across my customer journey.

What do you like best about the product?
Getting access to HubSpot's custom coded actions really streamlines workflow creation and I don't need to think through crazy/creative solution for achieving simple actions. Favorite solution built so far is automating parent-child relationships based on 3rd party enrichment data.
Also love the potential of datasets on custom reporting it has been instrumental in reporting on our marketing analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most features are available Pro+. Glad datasets are now available in enterprise.
Date quality insight is good but it hard to perform bulk actions and merge duplicates. If merging in bulk can be made easier with data quality it would eliminate the need for more deduplication apps. Its great only for getting an estimate on the data quality problem right now, not to action on it
