HubSpot Operations Hub streamlines business operations by syncing data across apps, automating workflows, and improving data quality. It helps reduce manual work, ensures up-to-date information for all teams, and enhances reporting, making operations more efficient and scalable.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike but A potential drawback of HubSpot Operations Hub is its complexity for smaller teams or businesses without dedicated technical staff. While powerful, the advanced features can have a learning curve, especially for those new to automation or data management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
control workflows by automating tasks through triggers and custom logic, ensuring smooth, efficient operations with minimal manual input.

Operations Hub is Awesome
What do you like best about the product?
Allowing the extension of reports and workflows have been a game changer. Using custom code in workflows and data sets in reports has solved issues we have had for years.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only qualm I have is that it was an add on in price. However it's worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to extend reports with calculations have given us the ability to keep all our reporting in HubSpot and not a third party tool.

There ae still features we need like webhooks

It's a huge time and life saver! Data cleanliness has never been easier and custom workflows open up all possibilities

Operations hub has opened another door in allowing us to create custom code within our workflows

That you need enterprise to get all the features.

Excellent tool for HubSpot Admins
What do you like best about the product?
The Ops Hub is an excellent tool for HubSpot admins to keep their CRM data hygiene in a good shape.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more data governance features baked into the hub, but given the oace of development, I'm sure these will come soon.

Data governance is made much easier with the Ops Hub.
