What do you like best about the product?
With a team size of 100 it is really hard to align my team in a shared process and with this tool is very easy and efficient for me to allingn the work and make them work in a very effective way
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the time the automation of work like getting data from 3rd party application are not working
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its seamless integration with Hubspot CRM, I have almost 3L plus contacts in my CRM, and having an updated contact is very important and every time some company accuried by other its very important to update, Doing this manual is a nightmare and Now with this we can just do it in a few clicks

It still needs to have a very strong team for Customer support, Because they are unaware of many problems we faces sometime.

When I was using HubSpot I always wanted some tool that helped me segregate and provide me with the best Data, As a B2B business having proper data is essential, and Hubspot operations helped us in everything that i want to do with Data

It has solved several crucial challenges faced by us.One of the primary problems it solves is the fragmentation of data and processes across different departments and tools.the automation features have significantly reduced the time spent on repetitive tasks etc.

As my title suggests, Hubspot has almost all the features that are required for a Business Operations and Data Management
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the most disliked things is its integration its still not seamless, most of the time its not properly integrated with 3rd party applications

Before HubSpot Operations Hub i use to have lot of Junk data in my sources as we have lot of CRM Users and Cloud users which make all my business process very hard to do in manual but once i implemented the HubSpot Operations Hub Its Automate my business process and clears the Junk data
