Best thing is that it helps me overcome the challenges of siloed data, manual processes, and inefficient operations.

Its easy to Navigate and connect with prospect
What do you like best about the product?
I like the task option which we create, it is very easy to set up, Since I work in B2B sales I get lot of call backs, so the Task option is very best out of other filters and the chrome extension of Hubspot sales notifications and updates helps me to track my CRM updates while propecting in web. And it was very easy to intergrate with my outllook, also Bulk data can be uploaded into CRM in one go not like in salesforce where you need a salesforce Dataloader to update data into it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboard colur and different chart view can be added, sometimes If I need to copy anything like prospect number or email from crm, I have to click one box and the number will open then copy and paste it, which makes me feel two work to do, if simply I can just copy and paste this would increase my speed of working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me store all my prospect information, bulk data uploading is easy and alsoit is also helping me to understsand how other teams are working like marketing and content team.

What do you like best about the product?
Data sets are one of the most powerful features in Operations Hub! This is REALLY REALLY benecifical.
Think, making one set of properties to report on for incoming leads in the last 30 days. Now you can have all your team reference the SAME properties. Then, if the data stream needs to change you can update the data set but the 30 reports referencing that data all get updated AUTOMAGICALLY!

What do you dislike about the product?
I love it so much but I would love to see additional AI functionalities wrapped in for data cleaning. There are already so many but even more automated functionalities to save me time, like AI contact de duplication that is super accurate would be amazing. It identifies contacts already and I understand why it's not auto deleting / merging but getting to that point would be truly wonderful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auto contact data cleaning. Reporting functionalities and additional custom coded workflow actions. We also use it to send webhooks to other systems which really helps with "Just In Time" notifications and action triggers in external systems.

Ops Hub has opened up a whole new world!
What do you like best about the product?
Operations Hub and its ability to build custom workflows with webhooks has allowed our business to create connections with various sytems and drive business. We now have the information we need flowing into our system so we can make better, more informed decisions for our propscpects and customers. Expanding the duplicate manager's capabilities is a BIG BONUS for this admin too!

I would like to see Operations Hub continue to expand and develop its abilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ops Hub has allowed us to capture information from Trust Pilot and our continuing education platform and bring it into our instance. This will help us build our evalgelist/referral program and personalize our marketing efforts.

That feature give us a chance to build out of the box automations.

I cant see anything that I dont like in Ops Hub.

Integrations, out of the box automations, external connections.

What do you like best about the product?
You can really make it custom with Operation hub! Format your data fast and easy, review and make more complex automation using Hubspot API and custom coded action. Serverless functions are the best
What do you dislike about the product?
Custom coded actions are really powerful! the only drawback is that they are limited in time execution time and the log is only 4 kb, so you have really to focus your complexity and maybe split up actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Operation Hub i can really power up my automations and do everything my clients need. Making custom object association on certain events, and sanitizing the data on the CRM are really the tip of the iceberg. So cool
Workflow design that combines Enterprise and Franchise instances
What do you like best about the product?
Custom coded worklows, the option that we can hide properties, custom objects that distiguish certain criteria for a customer journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Segmenting different departments, being able to actually partition business units, but have data and insights for all BU's using the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is bringing togteher our Franchise Nertwork and Enterpriose network that help us gather infomration and data so we can best effectively serve our local locations.
Operations Hub makes my data management much eaiser.
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy custom coded workflows and the ability to send to webhooks within the workflows tool. It make workign with external data much easier and removes the need for tools like Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's overpriced. I think all the features of Operations Hub should be available with any Pro level Subscription. Enterprise is mostly unneccessary now that custom formulas are native to other subscription levels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to conect and interactive with data from other sytems with my HubSpot data, and make integrations easier.
