Intuitive but missing some needed features e.g. mobile and desktop edits for email

What do you like best about the product?
Workflow - Most simple and easy to understand across all email CRM platforms I've used before like adestra but specifically with the operations hub, I did not have access to this
What do you dislike about the product?
Email editing does not allow for mobile and desktop changes, we have around 60/40 rate of mobile to desktop and making the users experience for 40% of the audience is not ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved analytics, well easier to read and show to team members. Not used yet but will be looking at using this in the near future now that I have been notified of this feature

What do you like best about the product?
REPORTING, CRM WORKFLOWS, CONTACT DATA, DEAL ATTRIBUTION, ONE STOP SHOP.
What do you dislike about the product?
Details that have been overlooked as standard, and the fact that the data in HubSpot allegedly can't be held for more than 2 years?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smooth sales reporting, marketing conversion metrics. Business dashboard and growth tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
The user friendliness, I have used HubSpot and many of their competitors and I find Hubspot much easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of automation, for the use of automation and other features the cost is much higher than their competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication. the HubSpot Operations Hub makes contacting clients much easier.

Really useful for client operations management

What do you like best about the product?
The tickets feature is my favorite element of Hubspot. I find it really useful for managing operations request that come in with our clients and keeping track of everything in a pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a bit high. I think Hubspot is amazing but the fact that each user has a high price per person makes it difficult to maintain. If the platform were more affordable I would recommend to anyone and everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issue of client operations management. We have various scheduling requests that come into our business and they can seem overwhelming all at once to keep track of the request, who responded, who we are waiting for, etc. through tickets.

What do you like best about the product?
The one-size-fits-all approach to software typically has many hanging points in implementation. Hubspot is able to sidestep this fatal flaw and is incredibly flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
While hubspot does have analytics features, they're lacking compared to contemporary data analysis software. While not fully expected from a CRM, it would be nice to see this feature improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mobilizing our entire corporation to track and record customer interactions and engagement to facilitate record-keeping as well as optimizing our customer engagement process.

Ops Hub is expensive for what it does

What do you like best about the product?
The workflow extensions feature the big one for me. A client of mine needs to be able to fire API calls within third party software and being able to do this without using Zapier is so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Current functionality really not at the level it needs to be for the price they're commanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiencies in our data collection. Integration between our techstack.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to work on HubSpot operational hub. Because I can do some calculations in the report level as we did in google data studio. it allows us to do the basic calculations in both property and report
What do you dislike about the product?
The saddest part of the operation hub is the limited formula. I can use only the basic formula in the dataset creation. It would be great if the HubSpot team increased the formula access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of Hubspot operational hub was, as a product and project-based company having various channel partner processes we can able to calculate the incentives and the work of the individuals.

What do you like best about the product?
It tracks where our leads go to on our website. That's nice, but honestly, still not worth the price and bad customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
We got scammed into unnecessary charges from the beginning. Way overpriced, terrible customer service, can find the same functions for far less elsewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We use Mindbody for our software. They have a marketing add-on for about $150/month that does almost everything Hubspot does, but way more affordable. Hubspot is very sales-minded, so if you call to get a quote, expect to be scammed into more than you need and trapped into those things for the entire year with no help at all. BUYER BEWARE. DONT DO IT!
