Hubspot Operations Hub
What do you like best about the product?
Operations Hub Data Sync with Mailchimp! Two-way custom field mapping is just what we needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to add hidden fields to pop-up forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to map all of our custom fields with a two-way data sync using Operations Hub to connect with Mailchimp. The mapping was very easy to setup and the sync is fast, almost real-time!
Great but needs more automation or integration with other software like Mindbody
What do you like best about the product?
It connects mindbody and Hubspot but functions are still limitted
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations are limitted. Other integrations software like Zapier have a lot more functions. Plus data integration still has hickups
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem I need to solve is to integrate Mindbody to hubspot so that I don't waste time trying to convert data between the two

What do you like best about the product?
I love the activity feed, sequences and HubSpot email automation. It actually gives you real-time notifications on who opens the email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The activity feed is inaccurate sometimes. Even if I open the email it would show that email receiver is opened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Revenue team using it for finance operations

The deal pipeline is a great sales feature - visually motivating and easy to set tasks for team members and all related parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
lead integration has been very challenging, support is not helpful at all

none, we opted for a third party hubspot expert who has been amazing
Hubspot Operational Hub is very friendly to use and great to maintain the database.
What do you like best about the product?
To get the best overview of your database, everything is jotted down in detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard can be presented in a more informative way.

Customer database, its full information can found at one place.
Love it!

PiesSync has Poor Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
What we thought we liked best was the ease of the integration with HubSpot, but that hasn't worked yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
We looked at a few different solutions and chose PieSync because they are owned by HubSpot. Unfortunately, we have had nothing but issues with PieSync and found that the support is not very good. They take 48 hours to respond and they don't offer phone support. PieSync keeps telling us that our issue has been resolved, yet the data is not syncing properly into HubSpot. #frustrated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to sync data from SugarCRM into HubSpot. We have yet to realize any benefit from our subscription to PieSync. We purchased an annual subscription. I would recommend that anyone wanting to try PieSync, they pay monthly - then if it doesn't work they haven't lost a lot of money.
Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
PieSync has given us the freedom to be able to trust that all systems are getting updated when we enter information into one tool. We have been able to reassign certain employees and use these employees elsewhere in the company in turn saving us money. It is able to connect almost all of the tools we have, although there are some that it does not have.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has taken a bit of configuring and some employees have struggled figuring out how to connect apps. Some employees find it difficult to use, but for the most part we are very happy with everything that PieSync has to offer. Some apps are not a part of the PieSync platform that we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to cut down on several hours of work a week because we have connected certain apps using Pie Sync. We have also been able to cut down on errors made when having to enter in the same information into multiple sites. We are also able to export information to then use it for other purposes.
Great support and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
The application was easy to use since they do all the technical configuring on the backend. I did a 14-day trial before signing on and asked their support team a bunch of questions. They were super helpful and very responsive. They also provide good visibility into what the sync is doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's missing some functionality that I would like to see - such as being able to sync on multiple objects like contact properties and company properties in a single sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This replaced a more complicated integration tool that cost 3x as much so it is saving us money in the long-term. Also, because the previous tool was so complicated, we couldn't make changes to fix sync issues on our own.
fantastic app for syncing data across multiple apps
What do you like best about the product?
Brilliant app. We needed to Sync data between our Dynamics CRM & HubSpot, and this does it brilliantly.
Loads more options you can do with it which I'm sure we'll delve into in the future, but so far it's been great, and the support team are fantastic.

No issues at all so far, everything has done exactly what we wanted.

We needed to sync HubSpot & CRM contacts for marketing flows, and PieSync does exactly that, along with loads of extras and custom mapping.
