Hubspot ops hub is always smooth and easy to use! As an admin I find it easy to configure.
What do you like best about the product?
I think ops hub is helpful for managing our data and records. Workflows are easy to create and implement!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish workflows had more options for actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage records within my org.
Not great for complicated relationships

I like that I can bulk delete or bulk update a bunch of records at one time.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company has customers with tricky emails. It is ship companies and then the emails are sometimes "email@shipname.company.com" and ops hub does not differentiate between the ship names.
Also many of the contacts are group email boxes, so something like Chief Engineer for Company. We have no name but there are many Chief Engineers and other types so the Ops Hub wants to clean up ALLLLL of the Chief Engineers to merge to one contact rather than identify the different vessle names within the company domain. This is not useful for us.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem it has solved when I used it was the ease of use for bulk updating or deleting or merging records. This has saved me a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
What Operations hub does for us and our clients is open doors to the " impossible". We have been using it since it launched and for all of our clients. Anything that's possible in default in HubSpot, we typically can find create a custom solution in Ops.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing. I can't think of anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data cleaning. Advanced automations and calculations.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the biggest benefits has been the two way data sync across platforms. Instead of teams working in siloed sysems, our teams have consistent, accurate information which improves efficiency

The learning curve - it is very robust and requires time to learn how to optimize and utilize to the full potential

Operations Hub allows our business to remain flexible at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of. It fits almost all of our needs with enough flexibility to create what’s needed if it doesn’t exist natively as a HubSpot feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ops Hub has been instrumental in setting up automation that reduces friction in our sales process and increases force to our flywheel.

The processes we are able to automate has been a game changer.

Needing to utilize outside data sources has been a limitation. However the new Data Studio looks to be making huge strides.
