Easy to use, hard to lay down
What do you like best about the product?
The no-code solutions are extremely helpful in driving efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have even more flexibility in using properties.

Super powerful if you know how to make it work for you.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing is the ability to create workflows and even add custom coded actions in the workflows. By setting them up properly it basically allows my small team to operate like a much larger one.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a bit of a learning curve to get started and some things might not always work for your use case. I do a ton of data imports and it works great, but undoing and finding errors can be tough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps automate a lot of manual processes, cleaning on up data, and syncing data from multiple sources.

Operations Hub saves our team countless hours on data management and enables us to maximize our first party data to automate customer engagement, personalize experiences, and enables accurate reporting.

Needs more capability to leverage external data without everything needing to reside in HubSpot.

It presumes to create good data cleaning but it does not integrate in the best way

Today I got to know that name is changed to data hub but I think this seems to me more realistic and I love this ops HubSpot for its custom codes ability

It only provides two languages to write code python and node

What do you like best about the product?
Operations Hub keeps our data clean and workflows running smoothly, which saves me time as a marketer. There’s some overlap with Marketing Hub features and a bit of a learning curve, but overall it’s a strong tool for syncing systems and keeping teams aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limited features, but I’m sure those will be addressed in further releases.

It helps us keep data consistent across tools and automates manual processes, which saves time and reduces reporting errors. That means marketing, sales, and ops stay better aligned.

The real time alerts - normally it takes a long time to realize failures or problems in our sales process

You must understand what are the alerts. Maybe Hubspot could have some pre-sets or templates to help in this process.
