What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using HubSpot Operations Hub to unify and clean our customer data, and the impact has been immediate. The platform makes it simple to connect different data sources, enrich records automatically, and maintain data quality without needing heavy IT involvement.
One of the biggest wins is how Operations Hub helps us keep context across marketing, sales, and service. Having clean, unified data means our teams can trust the CRM and move faster. Features like programmable automation and custom data sync have reduced manual work and saved us hours every week.
What I like the most is the balance between being powerful and easy to use. Most “ops” tools in the market are either too technical or too limited. HubSpot found a sweet spot: business users can actually take action without waiting for developers.

I think it hemos you get a grasp redarging Your CRM opportunities, it help you with some basic things regarding contscts

however if you share the CRM with other áreas of the company, it could get defficult to make the clean up, so it'll be helpful to make it with some criteria

It helps me have a clean CRM, without having to export data and do the cleaning with python and the importing the data base

We’ve been using HubSpot data Hub for a while now, and it has really helped us streamline a lot of our day-to-day processes. The best part is the way it connects data across different tools and keeps everything clean and updated automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there’s still some room for improvement in terms of advanced reporting and deeper integrations with a few niche tools. Sometimes, setup can feel a bit technical, especially if you’re not familiar with HubSpot already.

a very big problem is solved for us by connecting different tools we use. Instead of manually moving data between platforms, Operations Hub keeps everything updated in real time, which saves us a lot of effort and avoids errors. Overall, it has benefited us by reducing manual work improving data quality, and helping our team operate more efficiently. It also gives us confidence that the information we’re using for reporting and decision-making is clean and up to date.

It allows us to see lots of information across system which in turn has made us more connected and automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that I have to reupload data when things change on one row of data. A solution to spot correct would be great!

Operations hub has allowed our business to streamline processes within our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides to ops hub, old data set functionality was limited but the new data studio will solve previous gaps with data management and reporting on no object data.

As a one person RevOps for a b2b saas company, ops (or now data) hubs allows me to streamline processes for all revenue teams and then some across the org

There has been some limitations in the past, but they’re quickly addressed through betas and updates

What do you like best about the product?
Custom code and API solutions. The custom code feature is a HUGE thing for us, allows us to do SO MUCH just inside hubspot!
What do you dislike about the product?
Very limited daat cleaning and processing, not up to par with the larger players.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Custom code allows us to itirate the data directly inside, we are transofrming and custom coding data from other fields, using API connections with other tools.
