What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Apify is the extensive library of pre-built Actors. It completely removes the barrier to entry for complex web scraping. Instead of coding from scratch, I can deploy a reliable solution in minutes. This ecosystem, combined with their robust cloud infrastructure, makes data extraction incredibly efficient and scalable for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Apify is powerful, the initial learning curve for custom coding can be steep. However, their excellent documentation and pre-built templates quickly solve this issue. Easy to use, lots of convenient services, easy to release your own. Apify offers extensive functionality for both users and API representatives. They provide free server capacity for testing. No hidden facts—everything is right there. The free plan will last a long time!

I want to run my application locally without any problems, but right now the tab where I write the code for launching is working a little slowly on the website.

It helps us create fast MVP versions of our products by reducing the cost of developing our software on the initial version, and also allows us to release our software to the world.

What I like most about Apify is how easy it is to use and how many possibilities it offers. Thanks to this software, I’ve reduced my workload by over 90%

I’m missing a few features in some actors, but that’s not Apify’s fault — it depends on the users who build them. Overall, I don’t really see any downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apify definitely gives me access to API data files, which by itself isn’t something that’s commonly available. As for the benefits, it has automated my work — before, I had to search and collect everything manually.

I sometimes wish that certain actors or APIs were more affordable, though I understand that this isn't Apify's fault.

This marketplace offers a wide range of options and is straightforward to use. It integrates seamlessly with n8n and Sim.ai, making it simple to connect your credentials and set up. Installing and using API calls is also easy, which adds to the overall convenience.
Reliable web data engine for lead mining and automation
What do you like best about the product?
Apify gives me a reliable “web data layer” without having to run my own scraping infrastructure. Actors handle proxies, captchas, and scheduling, and I just wire the JSON into Make, CRMs, or databases. It is flexible enough for custom use cases but still easy to manage day to day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve for non-technical users, especially around actors and datasets. When you manage many actors, the UI can feel a bit crowded and I wish there were stronger built-in dashboards and alerting. None of these are deal breakers, but they are areas that could improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apify solves the “reliable web data” problem for me. I need fresh leads and market data from many different sites, and doing that with custom scripts was fragile and time consuming. With Apify, I run actors on a schedule, push clean data into Make and my CRM, and trigger downstream workflows automatically. It has cut a lot of manual copy paste, reduced broken scrapers, and made it easier to launch new data driven services for clients.
Apify is basically upwork instead of freelancers they have actors ( freelancers < actors )
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can get a lot of features for pennies and you are the person in control even tho you are using someone else product of course that is how most rental workflows goes but you really have the option to go in their and fix or modify an actor based on your preference.
