Efficient Web Scraping, Quick Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I use Apify for web scraping and automation, and it has been really helpful. The ready-made actors save a lot of time, and the platform is easy to use even for non-developers. Apify helps me automate web data collection, saving time by helping me scrape large amounts of data quickly. What I like most about Apify is how it makes web scraping easy; the ready-made actors save time and still allow flexibility when customization is needed. The initial setup of Apify was pretty straightforward for me and my team. The user-friendly dashboard and detailed documentation made it easy to get started quickly, even for team members who aren't very technical. I rate Apify an 8 out of 10; it's a powerful and flexible tool that saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is the pricing, especially for heavier usage, as actors can add up quickly when running multiple actors. Also, some advanced features have a learning curve at first, but once you get familiar with the platform, it becomes much easier to use.

I use Apify for web scraping and automation, saving time with ready-made actors for data extraction. It helps automate web data collection, eliminating manual tasks and allowing quick scraping of large data. The platform is user-friendly even for non-developers.
Fast tool to get youtube data
What do you like best about the product?
It's very fast, give me the results i asked for in seconds, i ve asked to check videos of CES 2026
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest the table view it's somethimes confusing for me , i have adhd and it's a little bit difficult to concentrate with all the information given (the overview tab is too big/messy for me) , an ADHD theme would be appreciate it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to see the engagement of new products popping up . Apify help me doing that very fast and easily , before i had to do it mannualy (would take hours to me to find good data) , but now it only takes 1 minute.

In the beggining it looks a little too "techy" and I wasnt comfortable using the tool. Maybe a quick tutorial or chat to help would be more user-friendly

Crazy-Easy Scraping, But Limited Modular Agentic Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides are it makes the scraping easy to a crazy level, it almost makes it as easy as using instagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesnt have much for modular agentic workflows(as far as i know)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the need to manually get a bunch of workarounds, many workflows, etc into a singular platform, and it helps us implement applications on that data layer
Versatile Web Scraping with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the most that Apify provides a free tier so I can try out the actors without having to pay upfront. It's really helpful because sometimes the actors are not as useful as I expected, so I can keep looking for the best one without any cost. I also appreciated that Apify's initial setup is really good. The API data access is really efficient, and when I'm trying to authenticate API actors, it's seamless. They provide both call data and JSON data for inputs, which makes the process smooth and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I used to scrape LinkedIn sales snippet exports, the results are limited to a few first items, like maybe the first 100 or 200 items only. They're not able to move forward. Some actors have pagination options, but they don't really work well as expected. I had to move outside of the API sometimes because of this. If the developers could improve the API efficiency, it would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apify solves the problem of web scraping where general models can't. It scrapes LinkedIn, Google My Business, Yelp, and more, automating data collection for clients and my team.

What do you like best about the product?
I find that Apify has made scraping Google Maps leads for my local manufacturing company so much easier compared to other tools. It's powerful, and I love the specific feature that allows me to connect it with Claude via MCP. This connection lets me type what I want and scrape the leads I need efficiently. The setup was also incredibly easy; I just logged in, paid for it, used my free credit, and went from there without any hassle.

Easy and Effective for Scraping, Although Improvable in Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Apify is easy, simple, and fast to use. I also enjoy the way actors can be set up to scrape websites and search for potential clients. It's very easy to set up a WebScraper, you just have to enter the JSON code of exactly what you want and what it has to search for, and it starts working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apify could be improved because when many pages are loaded at once, they always get blocked. Being able to search more than 3 or 4 pages without the page getting blocked would be ideal. It would also be useful to automate more the download process and the process of loading URLs for scraping, as currently they have to be entered manually.

Apify provides me with many email addresses of potential clients.
