What do you like best about the product?
The combination of exceptional stability and powerful API integration. In 18 months of use, we've experienced minimal downtime while running 50+ monthly scraping jobs. The REST API seamlessly integrates with our Python/Node.js applications, and the webhook functionality enables truly automated workflows. The developer plan offers incredible value - we get enterprise-grade scraping capabilities at a fraction of the cost of building our own infrastructure. Built-in features like data storage, scheduling, and monitoring make it a complete solution rather than just a scraping tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the developer plan is great value, pricing could still be more competitive for higher usage tiers as our needs scale. Additionally, I'd love to see more native LLM-based integrations for data processing and extraction. Having built-in AI capabilities for tasks like content summarization, sentiment analysis, or intelligent data parsing would eliminate the need for additional third-party services and create a more streamlined workflow from data collection to insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apify allows me to access services that require real IP addresses and APIs, making integration with my existing products seamless. The platform’s API is straightforward, and the overall integration process is smooth and user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I don't have to be a coder or be good with python to know how to scrape data. They have trained agents that takes care of that, and all I need to do is give it specific inputs to get the data I need from various social media platforms. I also like that I can integrate with other platforms like google drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that some of the ReadMe are not detailed enough, especially for users who do not code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a creator, using Apify's social media web scraping agents, I've been able to solve the problem of not knowing what my target audience are interested in. As a data analyst, I've been able to nullify the stress that comes with getting real data.

Makes it super easy to get well structured data from sources from any kind of platform. I mostly use it for LinkedIn and Youtube.

The pricing model doesn't allow for pay-as-you-go.

Easy to use, strong features, great customization, great support. Very easy to integrate with other tools like n8n or Zapier.

No access to the actor code in the public community section.

Apify has been a reliable and flexible way to collect job market data at scale.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Apify makes it easy to scrape complex sites like LinkedIn without having to maintain my own code. The community actors, especially the LinkedIn jobs scraper, save me a lot of time because they handle things like login and pagination automatically. The output is clean JSON, which I can load straight into my MongoDB and use in my Python workflows. Scheduling runs and monitoring them from the dashboard is also very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main limitation for me is in the Python API. I can’t change memory allocation when triggering a run from Python, so even though my plan includes more memory, I’m stuck with the 4 GB default while I offered more on web UI. This makes larger scrapes slower than they need to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apify solves the problem of collecting job postings from LinkedIn in bulk, something that isn’t possible with manual methods or public APIs. By automating this, I save hours of work each week and maintain a much larger, regularly updated dataset.
