What do you like best about the product?
Instead of a single, rigid API, we found an entire store filled with hundreds of "actors" ready to solve any problem we could throw at them.

This isn't just a handful of features, it's a living, breathing marketplace where solutions are always being built. And when we had a question? The authors behind the actors were so responsive and helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
We've hit a few bumps, like some of the documentation on cURL methods being a bit tricky to navigate, or the occasional confusion over pricing models on community-managed actors.

Some of the lower-rated actors are also a bit of a letdown.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The impact on our business was nothing short of incredible. We started seeing real, this 3 tangible results:

What do you like best about the product?
Apify makes it easy to build, deploy, and scale web scraping and automation workflows without needing to manage infrastructure. I especially like the ready-to-use actors from the Apify Store and the ability to create custom ones when needed. The platform integrates well with APIs, supports scheduling, and provides detailed logs, which helps streamline automation. It saves me a lot of time compared to coding everything from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model can become a bit expensive for larger projects with high resource consumption. Some advanced features also have a learning curve, especially when fine-tuning crawlers or handling anti-bot measures. The documentation is solid overall, but in some areas, more detailed real-world examples would be helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Apify is the ability to access ready-made actors directly from the marketplace and deploy them in minutes. It saves a lot of time compared to developing scrapers or automation solutions internally. The platform is intuitive, integrates smoothly into workflows, and allows us to deliver results to clients much faster while keeping development costs low.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is the dependency on third-party actors. For larger, long-term solutions, this can be a risk since updates and maintenance depend on the original developer. Pricing could also be more flexible for smaller businesses.

What do you like best about the product?

Social platforms are notoriously protective of their data, and IP bans or CAPTCHAs can derail scrapers. 2. Debugging and Error Handling Could Be More Intuitive
When actors fail—due to selector changes, rate limiting, or site structure updates—the error messages can be vague. While logs are available, tracing the exact failure point (especially for long-running or scheduled actors) requires manual digging. Enhanced debugging tools, like visual DOM snapshots on failure or better stack traces, would help developers resolve issues more quickly.

3. Pricing Transparency and Proxy Cost Management
Apify's pricing around proxy usage can be hard to predict, especially when scaling up scraping across multiple actors or regions. More granular usage dashboards or budget caps would help teams avoid unexpected charges. What do you like best about the product?
We are in a startup of finding jobs for people looking for one. But finding the right set of people is very difficult. There were many CRM giving us the the leads but relevant lead generation is something we can do for ourselves and there is no standard software for every use case possible out there. Apify helped us to get the data of relevant people. I use it mostly as CRMs for enriching our leads and best thing is we set it up using its api endpoints. So it's all automated in n8n.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's too many choices and sometimes it becomes overwhelming. If there could be an official review or something like editors choice, it would be easier to select a particular agent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to find the leads and then enrich them with their relevant data. Most other CRMs don't help me get that personalised data for my leads.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Apify is its combination of ready-made scrapers and deep customization options. The Actor Store makes it easy to get started quickly, while the ability to build custom actors gives us the flexibility to handle more complex workflows. The automation and scheduling features are also extremely helpful, since they let us run scrapers in the background and feed structured data directly into our CRM and dashboards. Overall, Apify saves us significant time, reduces manual work, and allows us to scale data collection far beyond what we could manage manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is the learning curve. For simpler tasks, it’s beginner-friendly, but once you need to build or customize actors, you really need solid JavaScript skills. The documentation is thorough but can feel scattered and overly technical for new users. In addition, the dashboard could benefit from better organization features (like project folders or tags) once you manage a lot of actors and datasets. Finally, pricing is fair, but credit usage isn’t always intuitive, so it takes time to understand how to optimize costs.
