I love Apify’s interface and usability, which sets it apart from other platforms that tend to be difficult to navigate. This user-friendly design made it easy for me to get accustomed to the software right from the start. Apify has greatly simplified my ability to access lead data for my outbound outreach campaigns, specifically when scraping LinkedIn profile data. Its ease of use is invaluable, especially compared to my previous experience with other products like ScrapeNinja, which didn't perform as effectively. I also feel confident in recommending Apify to others based on its strong points, and I rate it highly due to these features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the API side of Apify could be improved in terms of ease of use. Integrating actors with some automation platforms like n8n can get complicated at times. Additionally, the API documentation could be simplified to make it easier for users to understand and implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Apify to access lead data for personalizing outbound campaigns, thanks to its user-friendly interface, although API integration can be challenging.

What do you like best about the product?
The sales support at Apify is outstanding! They respond to questions incredibly fast and even offered me a 50% student discount. The actors work very well, fast, reliable, and error-free. Their chatbot is also excellent for quick queries. I’m really happy with the service and plan to keep using Apify for both academic and professional projects in the future. Highly recommended!

The only thing I dislike is that some actors in the store have unclear or incomplete input instructions. This can lead to mistakes when running them, and in my case it caused unnecessary costs. A bit more consistency in documentation would make the experience perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apify helps me automate the collection of large amounts of data, especially Google Maps reviews. Instead of spending many hours doing manual research, I can gather thousands of reviews automatically in just a few hours. This saves me time, reduces errors, and allows me to focus on the analysis of the data rather than the extraction process. Overall, it has made my work much faster, more efficient, and more accurate.

I've used this tool for multiple purposes: scraping tiktok profiles, emails from websites, enriching people information, scraping comments from many sites like twitter or instagram, getting information from linkedin profiles, etc. It works great, has multiple payment options and its really flexible. Plus, the API works great to connect it with services like n8n to automate things

Apify is central to my data-gathering workflow. My main use case is running an Amazon product scraper, which is critical for my affiliate marketing strategy. It helps me move beyond manual research and systematically identify top products. I also regularly employ it as a general website content crawler, which is invaluable when I need to extract text data from targeted websites for analysis or to feed into other tools.

The pricing and cost structure can be challenging to anticipate, which makes budgeting a bit tricky. There is also a significant learning curve, and I feel that the user interface could use some improvements.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In fact, without Apify, I wouldn't know what to do, as it's the only hosting provider I could find that suited my needs. All the projects of the companies I work with—at least 10 companies—are entirely on Apify. And Apify has always been a source of praise from company managers for its speed in fulfilling their requests.
The problem we were facing was that we had an online ordering website and received many orders daily that we couldn't handle on our own. Therefore, we created an automated order fulfillment program and hosted it on Apify.
