A cost effective tool for getting lots of data on companies very quickly! Defo worth giving a go!

Sometimes the prices have changed which is frustrating but it's usually still affordable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quite an interesting product with useful features. I linked its pretty understandable user interface, which I found quite comfortable to learn fairly quickly. I felt that the platform is quite versatile for a few of my automation scenarios where I needed a cloud-based solution with scheduling available. Quite many actors are available for a variety of tasks. Apify allowed me to build my solution and utilize different resources to meet my requirements for the task I needed to do. Thanks!
Excellent scraping tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is both easy to use and has infinite integrations. If you are new to scraping, you can use it to get valuable data from websites with ease. If you are an experienced professional, you can integrate it with your services in infinite ways. Price is predictable, and they have a lot of case scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit expensive sometimes, especially if you have to rent an actor and also pay for actor usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our main lead source. We can scrape leads from the internet and enrich them based on their data on linkedin or google maps.
Reliability and ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
While social media pages often change their layouts and our in-house web-scraping method sometimes struggles to keep up, we rely on Apify actors as a dependable backup. In the meantime, while waiting for our developers to implement a permanent fix, Apify provides us with a fast, flexible, and highly reliable solution. We truly appreciate the versatility of the available tools and the overall quality of the service — it’s been a genuine life-saver for our workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback we’ve encountered with Apify is that occasionally some available scrapers don’t capture 100% of the data — for example, not all comments from a post. It’s rare, but worth keeping in mind for highly data-sensitive projects.

Apify serves as our reliable backup solution when in-house scrapers face issues, ensuring we can still collect the necessary data without delays.

Apify is perfectly suited for our core use case: automated competitive intelligence. It efficiently handles scheduled scraping of competitor pricing, product data, and market trends at scale. It is less appropriate for scenarios requiring real-time data streams, complex authentications, or for users expecting built-in advanced analysis tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I use apify with n8n workflow automations for various tasks including web scraping and social media tasks such as youtube transcript analysis. These apify apps offer great value for money and enable me to understand my competitors content and compare my workflow output to what is currently getting attention online.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the api instructions and functionality can be a bit complicated and finding the right app with the right payment model can take time.

API allows me to gather data from different points on the Internet where is a LinkedIn profile or a website. Disability allows me to build hyper personalize and targeted campaigns for my cold email agency services.

Sometimes there are actors that are free to use, but they depend on platform usage and the platform usage depends on the plant contract so it could be very expensive

I was struggling on getting her data across different platforms, using different API and that scale up quickly in terms of billing, now ABA allows me to gather the data with different actors and manage a little bit better the billing expense
