We use Apify to automate data collection for lead generation, recruitment, and market research. It helps us solve problems like reducing manual research time, improving data accuracy, and scaling outreach. Our main use cases include job scraping, LinkedIn data collection, and candidate enrichment, which feed into our HR consultancy and sales pipelines, making our operations faster and more efficient.

Apify is an extremely useful tool that has helped streamline my workflows by giving me access to data and insights super fast, across a range of apps, so I can direct my focus on strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apps can burn a lot of credits through your automations, if you are not proactive in managing credit limits (that is a feature within Apify)

What I like the most about Apify is the Amount scrapers that it has. It also has a good variety of agents that are very cost effective. It's easy to use once you learn how to use it. The customer service bot is a bomb very detailed and right to the point.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike about Apify was the fact that the UI interface looks a little crowded that makes it difficult for new users adapt to the software.

It helped me solve the problem of acquiring large number of leads in a short period of time.

Apify is powerful and flexible, with great documentation and a strong library of prebuilt Actors. It’s easy to automate complex scraping tasks once you’re familiar with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be steep for non-technical users, and the UI could be more intuitive in some areas. With a few usability tweaks, it would be a solid 10.

What we like best about Apify is its perfect blend of power and flexibility. The ability to use pre-built actors or develop fully custom scrapers with the Apify SDK makes it suitable for both quick tasks and complex data pipelines. Its scheduling, proxy management, logging, and API integrations are all tightly integrated, allowing us to automate end-to-end data workflows with minimal overhead. The platform scales well, supports team collaboration, and requires little infrastructure management, which has been a major productivity booster.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Apify is powerful, debugging failed runs can sometimes be frustrating—logs are verbose but occasionally lack actionable detail. Also, navigating the dashboard could be more intuitive for new users, especially when managing multiple actors and datasets. More advanced features for conditional job triggering and granular rate-limit controls would be a welcome addition.
