The Google Maps Scraper is a game-changer — it pulls structured business data from specific locations with high accuracy. The interface is clean, tasks are easy to monitor, and scheduling scrapes means we’re no longer wasting time on repetitive manual research. It’s flexible enough for technical users yet intuitive for business roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some scraping jobs occasionally time out or stall, especially when handling large datasets. The postal code targeting could be more precise — sometimes it pulls in listings from neighboring areas. A built-in de-duplication feature and better bulk URL input interface would also go a long way in boosting efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apify helps us automate the extraction of location-specific business data, primarily from Google Maps. This replaces hours of manual research and enables us to scale our outreach across multiple cities and countries without increasing headcount. It directly supports our growth strategy by providing consistent, structured, and actionable lead data.
One-Stop Shop for Web-Scraping
What do you like best about the product?
I think it's great to have a platform that gives you all the scraping you need. You don't need to build and find different tools and integrations. You have a one-stop shop. Of course, it has its price. But for that you get quality.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to get a feeling for costs and depending on the actors you use it can get pricy.
But that's the price you pay for the ease of use. Plus, some APIs are just super expensive so it also makes sense.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to implement multiple web-scrapers for different social media platforms and I didn't want to worry about the implementation details for each. Having Apify removes that burden and gives you one platform that enables you to use the webscrapers you need.

Apify offers an efficient solution for web page scraping and data scraping. It is very convenient for extracting web content or for easily collecting data manually or automatically via API.
Large amount of actors to get results from
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of actors make the integration easier. I can use the same code to get results from multiple actors via API.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some actors, especially those not maintained by Apify, present problems. The response times could be better on those actors as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manually extracting all reviews is not viable. Without Apify, it would be really difficult to get all results I need from the web. Also, without the variety of actors, I would need to develop several different applications to get results from different third parties.
Great All in one Platform

It's reliable, gives us lots of good information, and saves us money. Plus, it's easy to learn and has a helpful user community.

It does not have many ai agent and it must also have a database table.

We use it to find potential customers on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram and gather information about leads and previous customers and info monitoring.

The versatility in their scrapers. The provide a lot of different scrapers for different use cases and therefore are applicable in various scenarios.

Some scrapers aren’t updated which makes it sometimes hard to find a function scraper.

It helps me to personalize my outreach emails fully automated with their API.

Lots of options and the option to integrate different actors to important GTM platforms using API.

Nothing as such, as of now. Most of the things are good.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Apify's marketplace because it's got a ton of "Actors" or data apps offered by community members. I'm using a Twitter scraping actor and it's been really reliable for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apify's pricing is pretty confusing. There's a subscription fee, then on top of that there's fees for each Actor you want to use. The pricing models for each Actor varies. Sometimes it's pay per use, sometimes it's pay per result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm running a website that tracks livestreamers, and I need to know when they go live and when they notify their followers via social media. I'm using an Apify actor to scrape twitter data, and sending the data into my custom tweet classifier.
