Simple to integrate. we use make.com and n8n, apify is great.

What do you like best about the product?
I use mostly the sales related scrapers that give a consistent data output with enough accuracy. I've been able to integrate Apify to all important workflows that I use and it's now an inseparable part of our SOP.
What do you dislike about the product?
Newer actors can handle poorly failed runs. Developers could release faster improvements to code to consider all scenarios in runs.

List building for sales-related efforts. Basically, it's the best source today for our efforts.

debugging and error tracking, at scale, can be cumbersome, especially when dealing with multiple actors and long-running tasks.

Apify solves the challenge of reliable, scalable data extraction from dynamic websites, especially those protected by anti-bot measures. It enables us to automate scraping workflows, manage rotating proxies, and schedule tasks—all in one platform.

The price change of an actor can be really important and we don't get the information easily if we already use it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easily I can extract data from various online sources using pre built actors or create custom ones with minimal coding. It's saved us a ton of time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the only thing that's been a bit of a pain is dealing with some of the more complex data structures. Sometimes it takes a bit of tinkering to get the output exactly how I want it. But overall, it's a minor complaint in an otherwise amazing tool!

Apify's been a lifesaver for us, we're using it to automate data extraction from loads of different websites, which used to be a manual nightmare. It's saving us so much time and effort, and the data quality is top notch.

Pretty versatile, use it a lot when needing data quickly, makes POC way easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably pricing but still ok, pricing calculator would be nice.

What do you like best about the product?
The free tier first of course. Seriously though, I loved the fact that the API configuration was so easy to do. I use n8n and credential set up for api can be a pain because I am new to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a non tech guy, it was intimidating at first until I watched a few YouTube videos. So I suggest you have a learning academy or a community where members are incentivized to provide help.

They provide data extraction and scraping services.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface for testing data collection success and applicability. Once verified it is easy to implement in other projects.

Some scrapers require monthly subscriptions even with no usage.
