Awesome platform for ATS scraping and making side income
What do you like best about the product?
The infrastructure is rock solid for scraping jobs from different ATS platforms. Also, publishing actors and doing their coding challenges has been a great way to make some decent prize money. They always pay on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeping older actors updated when target ATS sites change their layouts can be a bit of a chore, but that's just the reality of web scraping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes care of the heavy lifting and infrastructure needed to scrape across multiple ATS platforms. It also gives me a really reliable way to monetize my code as a publisher through their platform and challenges.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Apify is how flexible and reliable it is for web scraping and automation. The platform makes it easy to run ready-made Actors from the Apify Store, and at the same time, it gives you full control if you want to build custom scrapers.
I also appreciate how everything is cloud-based — scheduling, monitoring, API access, and proxy management are all handled in one place. The dashboard is clean, logs are detailed, and it’s easy to track runs and debug when needed. Once you get used to it, it becomes a very powerful tool.

Nothing to dislike for me. It's an gamechanger for my use case. I automated a lot of works using Apify.

It has mastered the ease of use with scraping which is a main component for us.

i wish i could put everything scraped into a spreadsheet/container of some sort.

scraping 50 pdfs a day used to take 5 hours, now it takes about 1 minute.

I find that Apify doesn't always work smoothly for data acquisition. Also, the agents are often not updated, which can be frustrating. It would be helpful if developers maintained their agents more consistently.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Apify for real estate and lead data scraping. Apify is really good at scaling my project with low cost. There are many actors that I can choose from, and they are very cost-friendly. I find the quality of the data reasonable compared to its cost. It provides developer-friendly CLI and endpoints, so I can integrate it into my project with no sweat. Apify offers more scrapers than BrightData and is also cheaper for our data requirements. As a developer, I found setting up Apify quite easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall it was a good experience for me but a few things worth pointing out. Actors have filtering options and fields in their runs but some of them are not working as expected. Of course, we can do additional filtering after generation, but if this works, then that will be helpful.

I use Apify for real estate and lead data scraping, and it efficiently scales my data processing with low cost.

Being able to deploy pre-built scrapers for major sites in minutes, rather than writing custom code for weeks, is a massive upside for our productivity.

The credit-based pricing system can be somewhat difficult to predict for complex, large-scale crawls, which makes budgeting a bit of a challenge. Additionally, while the platform is incredibly powerful, the sheer number of features creates a steep learning curve for non-technical team members who just need to download a simple dataset.
