What do you like best about the product?
It covers all the hardware products of IT Industry which helps to get protected based on Industry Standards and Process. This Dynamic way of Security and functions will be more helpfull for our IT Professions to handle the environment in Smoother Way
What do you dislike about the product?
At the time of implement and deployment it was little bit harder to understand which means it covers the securithy to the core process. Later it very easy to handle
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A Single point of solution to cover all the endpoints and hardwares by the industry standard policies .It covers Data Center and remote worker as well.Most probably its a SASE based solution

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the GUI looks. From the wide array of customisation that can occur on the look of the program to how you can customise your text and data entries. There are many possibilities on this front.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like the fact that a comprehensive breakdown of what the threats are is not always given to every aspect of your nework and web infrastructure so this can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables us to have confidence to where store our files and where we browse does not affect our security.

It helps us to be protected from websites and web realtes threats. It is a cloud delivered service so you don't need an on-prem hardware.

As such no dislikes at the moment. There are some glitches in the software. I believe the solution will become mature with time.

The security factor of the Forcepoint Trusted Mail System is impressive. It actually eliminates the need to switch between email systems at multiple levels to share secure and confidential information while maintaining transparency.
With this we could control communications, preventing total access to sensitive or confidential emails with or without attachments on vulnerable devices, at the same time we can also permitting full access on completely -secured laptops or PWA or equivalent devices.

A Specific area for improvement inForcepoint Trusted Mail System is their technical support team and the documeentation. The agents who are responsible for the support need to be more knowledgeable and quick at resolving the issue. . The support also needs to be faster."

Security... Security...Security, Forcepoint Trusted Mail System is a top-notch requirement for the protection and confidentiality of the communication/data that is exchanged across the individuals in a single company or across different companies/organization/networks.

Post production go live support could have been better. Prices are atrocious high.

Email security solutions and avoiding phising, spamming got internal and external communications.

What do you like best about the product?
Forcepoint UEBA is the best analytics solution that can protect your organization from the insider threat, nightmare of the security team. It can help protect insider threats by leveraging AI and combined DLP features via central management dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a startup we couldn't efford forcepoint enterprise rates but I believe it is worth to invest for enterprise wishing to protect their insider threats with advanced security tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for enhanced insider protection system in the market and luckily, we have found Forcepoint UEBA so we tested POC and strongly recommend for enterprise to go this worth to invest for your mitigating security risks.

Forcepoint Trusted Thin Client: A secure WFH enabler
What do you like best about the product?
It provides secure remote access to an enterprise network from single/multiple endpoints. It can be integrated with an active directory to fortify the authentication and security further.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance and speed are the areas where Forcepoint needs a lot of optimisation. For a new Forcepoint administrator integrating Forcepoint Trusted thin client is a little cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of our clients was not having the infrastructure to support work from home, and suddenly lockdown happened due to covid. Forcepoint Trusted Thin Client played a pivotal role in enabling WFH.

What do you like best about the product?
Forcepoint helped our clients to provide secured virtual desktop and it is very easy to integrate with active directory for authentication. We can effortlessly impose SSO and two factor authentication for more security.
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to concentrate more on improving speed and performance. Setting up more infrastructure and improving load balancing.

It's integraton capabilities with other technologies like AD helped really well
