Simplified Patch Management and Centralized Control Are Key Strengths of Endpoint Central
What do you like best about the product?
Endpoint Central is a reliable, cost-effective and user-friendly solution. Great visibility into endpoint inventory, easy remote access with audit trails, simplified Patch Management, Centralized Software Deployment and much more. It's ideal for all sizes of organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing Much other than few customizations on Branding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility of Endpoint devices and its inventory (both hardware and software) was challenging. Patch management, Remote access, Centralized software deployment was some of the addon challanges that we had and Endpoint Central simplified it.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides a unified platform to manage all endpoints—desktops, laptops, servers, and mobile devices. The automated patching and remote troubleshooting features, including screen blackout and file transfer, are particularly effective. Automation and reporting tools also help streamline daily operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial configuration can be tricky, especially in environments with remote offices. Some parts of the interface could be more modern, and the MDM section might benefit from improved usability. Performance can occasionally dip with large-scale deployments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint Central helps us manage patches, deploy software, and troubleshoot systems remotely from a single console. It saves time, improves security, and simplifies endpoint management across all locations.
Versatile management system
What do you like best about the product?
ManageEngine Endpoint Central covers most of the requirements for managing computers and mobile devices. They have a deep set of features that are fairly easy to use and configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately the product shows signs of rapid growth - primarily evident in an often confusing interface. Features and commands not logically presented and require many different clicks through different pages to access them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Versatility of the tool is great. From scheduled updates, Restarts, shutdowns to compliance scans.

Some updates does not download automatically.

I genuinely don’t know how we lived without it before.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to be honest, there are something that can be optimised but all of the suggestions are already in the pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now manage patching, software deployment, and asset inventory from a single dashboard—remotely and at scale. It has drastically reduced the time we spend on manual updates and troubleshooting. Automated alerts, compliance reports, and remote access features mean fewer disruptions for end-users and faster incident resolution. Most importantly, it gives us full control and visibility over every endpoint across multiple sites, which is essential in a secure banking environment.

It could be chaotic to find what you need.

I like its all in one nature, it automates patch for multiple OS and 3rd party applications, Deployment and Imaging, security and real time asset management etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The User Interface could be little better compared to the others, Initial setup is a bit complex, Pricing is a bit confusing.

It has dynamic range in solving problems like Unpatched vulnerabilities, time saving, good security and boosted efficiency, multiple task management etc.

Currently, I don't dislike anything. In fact, Zoho/Manage Engine keeps improving the latform which is a wonderful thing.

The addtion of security and vulnerability management is making our System Administrator role more efficent.

What do you like best about the product?
ManageEngine has a host of tools and features that make managing any IT infrastructure easy. Between Software Deployment, Patch Management and even just configurations that can be used to run scripts, change reg keys, uninstalling, and so many more help keep our systems safe and up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the OS Deployment could be done by IP scope and not just MAC address/Computer name. Luckily we get a list of MAC addresses with our orders to make this processes either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Make sure things are patched and being able to remote into computers that are with workers that are performing their duties at home.
