A reliable and comprehensive tool for endpoint management
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Endpoint Central for several months now and we’re very satisfied with the experience. The solution covers a wide range of endpoint management needs: application deployment, patch management, remote support, asset inventory, and more. The interface is clean, user-friendly, and the features are both powerful and well-designed.
The centralized web console saves us a lot of time, especially when it comes to remote support and update management. Remote deployment works flawlessly, even in a hybrid environment with remote offices and users working from home.
Another strong point is the extensive documentation and the responsiveness of the support team, who are always helpful when needed.
Overall, Endpoint Central is an excellent tool for IT teams looking to improve efficiency and strengthen endpoint security.

What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, we are fully satisfied with the tool and haven’t encountered any major issues. We’ll continue to evaluate it as our usage grows, but so far, it meets our expectations very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint Central is helping us streamline several key IT operations. It makes it much easier to deploy scripts across multiple machines, manage local user accounts, and handle patch management efficiently. These features save us a significant amount of time and reduce manual effort, while also improving the security and consistency of our IT environment. It’s a great asset for maintaining control over our endpoints, especially in a distributed or hybrid work setup.

I like less the fact that the support isn't from my region.

It mainly solved the issues I had with operating system update distribution and configuration deployment.
Simple to use, Powerful Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use. A very powerful solution for patching and managing the endpoint. Remote control and chat function also facilitate end-users support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no particular areas to dislike ME Endpoint Central for the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system is set for automatic patching. Can leave it to run by itself and it will update the system to the latest patch level.
Manage Engine - Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
The system has alot of add on tools like patch management, inventory and software deployment that allows me to management all my devices using a single platform
What do you dislike about the product?
The patch management portion does not allow me to create reports based on historical trends to further enhance my KPI reports to management. The reports provide a present day status on patches and systems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LArge amount of devices that needs to be managed effectively by deploying software updates, patches, software deployments and remote support. We constantly need to deploy systems, the software deployment feature allows us to provide a standard deployment to all users that reduces the time to issue systems to users. We have a accurate count of all systems deployed with the system versions, with the ability to keep all system up to date
Enpoint Central Review
What do you like best about the product?
The program is great for small and medium-sized businesses, I have also seen compatibility with Active Directory also on the plus side
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the thing I like least is that I can't prepare my own policy, something like editing an already prepared CIS policy.

I am able to manage the equipment remotely, which makes it very easy for me as a technical support and other employees
Strengthening Security Posture with Manage Engine Endpoint Central
What do you like best about the product?
Manage Engine Endpoint Central is a powerful and Versatile Endpoint Management Product that we have been using for the past 3 years. It was very easy to implement in any Infrastructure. Key features we are using efficiently are Patch & Vulnerability Management, App Control, Remote control, OS & Software Deployment, MDM, Bitlocker, Reports, and SSP. Using each feature is time-saving for the IT team. Helped to strengthen the company security posture.

Patch management, remote tool, self service portal, application control, bitlocker management, inventory modules are used as per our requirement

The endless amount of features available to the Administrator

Some of the error messages can be a bit confusing

It resolves alot of our vulnerabilities.

support is superb, this endpoint manager is one the most user friendly for IT Support. this is a very intuitive application
What do you dislike about the product?
i would say the new implementation of charging for different types of endpoints like a charge for servers, another for endpoints etc.
