SIMPLE AND SAFE
What do you like best about the product?
Endpoint Central makes it easy for me to do my job with its simple interface. It also helps me to take cyber security measures with its experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I don't like about it. The fact that it provides good links for possible threats in the field of cyber security makes my job easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The agent's capabilities are very adequate and provide reliable control over the computers in the system.

What do you like best about the product?
By using manage engine endpoint central i able to have a detailed and clear visibility of the assets in our organisation
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have been more precise about available patches and exploits for the vulnerability

Great User Expierence, easy to navigate. Great reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more Templates and Configs availible to manage windows GPO related tasks as well as more easily deploy best practice security settings out onto the servers and workstations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our systems patched. The test and aprove is a great benifit that reduces the risk of bad patches gpoing out to production. Bitlocker encryption with central managed keys... removing unwanted software, and deploying aplications and configs easily and quickly with great reporting in each section....

Streamline your IT infrastructure with Endpoint Cental
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to seamlessly remote onto remote office machines, of course, requires the installation of the endpoint central computer agent on the endpoint device. Automated patching makes it easier to group updates by priority. Not only can you manage desktops, laptops, and servers, but you can also manage mobile devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some technicians might find the user interface less intuitive compared to other solutions; however, I am sure the support team has big plans for the product. It has so many possibilities and potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps mitigate the vulnerability of users having to directly work on the Remote Desktop Protocol. It provides a seamless end-user experience without compromising security. Endpoint has empowered us administrators with the ability to manage patching instead of WSUS running and interrupting staff.

What do you like best about the product?
The general convience of the software twords remoteing into a PC and ticket function is very nice and user freindly.
The customers that use the software enjoy the look and feel to it also and end users are able to view ongoing tickets and make sure they are kept up to date.

What do you dislike about the product?
With the good there is bad trying to implement the software after it crashes or a windows update breaks the running config for the software it takes roughly a hour to uninstall and then reinstall. If you have a server for images to build PC's you can no longer include the software in the build as it has a CAPCHA inside the installer so you have to install it each time. so your intergration time may vary depending on the complexity of your builds.
We have had some good and some bad conversations with them twords our customer support but we did have issues trying when trying the MDM as it wasnt the best fit for the orginazaion and it is a exrta paid feature not included.

It solves the Remoting into Computers for easy ways to work on them and not have to set up a remote session each time. And the ticket managemnet software is really nice and easy to use.

Learning curve at the beginning and vulnerabilities querying capabilites could be improved to be simpler and more user friendly.

Patch management. We've been able to quickly and effectively patch both critical and zero day exploits with relative ease.
