Endpoint Central: A great help
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of automating patching and software installation tasks. Anything you want to do (or almost anything) you can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the tests I have done, we have not encountered any particular problems. Maybe just a little bit complicated to figure out where to go to do all the operations. But it's just a matter of learning

the ease of use and quick learning curve - the remote managment and inventory control are my favorite

Ease of Use, Customer Support, Ease of Implementation, Number of Features, Ease of integration, Cost Effective, Frequency of Use

Nothing as i am fully satisfied with the product

Patching of OS and third-party applications as we do not have any AD So to do all these we are using the Endpoint Central, Remote support as we do not have any licensed remote software with us, Password Policy for password management,Integration with APple business manager to protect our apple devices

What I love most is the ability to centrally manage all of my customers endpoints (computers, phones) from a central console with automated patch deployments and policies

Remote control feature only seem to work on Safari on Mac admin computers

Great Product and very cost efficient

Easy to use and I love the custom reportings and For CISO's it is a great product to meet any complaince needs

I do dislike having to for Technician user accounts. There should not pricing on Technicians accounts. It is understandable to put pricing for MSPs but not for individual customers

Patch management, endpoint management made easy. The system is simple to use
What do you dislike about the product?
The logging and audit functionnalities are not efficient for a tool as powerful as this one. ManageEngine should also consider logging shipping to an external SIEM which is mandatory for Tier-0 system.
