Easy to set up, most bang for your buck
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it was to set up and get started self-service. The evaluation period is generous and allows you to try a lot about before making a purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be a bit clunky and slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing our inventory and being able to track, install patches, deprovision, etc.
Great, valuable product from a company that values feedback
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of automating my patching tasks. My company also purchased the security endpoint add-in, which allows my team to tackle risks head on. I have leveraged ManageEngine Endpoint Central for many of my projects with successful results - and if a feature is not included, a feature request is a chat away.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX design can be more obvious and user friendly. While each component does have a use, most features within Endpoint Central take a few clicks to get to your destination, with multiple ways to reach your destination. This has caused some required training with each new admin introduced to ManageEngine, but once employees realize the potential they love the product. I believe improving this would greatly increase positive feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deploying remote software to users, automating our patch schedules to reduce after-hours work and promote automation, and a utility toolkit to access servers/PCs remotely/review inventory.
User friendly, multifeature application
What do you like best about the product?
It offers a detailed insight to domain assets, can view installed application and the versions they are on and able to generate custom detailed reports on them. Additionally the patch deployment feature and custom settings insure that the devices are up to date and are not suceptible to network threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there is a new update it tends to cause alot of issues with the agent that causes a temporary disconnection to the devices and hinder any reporting we may be doing on devices as they are unable to be scannned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It aids significantly in patch depoloyment and vulnarabilty management. It also utilised to manage and track the workstations throughout the company. this ensure that all application and software are uptodate with outh end user reliance.
One of the best endpoint management solutions
What do you like best about the product?
The software is user friendly and allows easy management of endpoints in our infratructure. The continuous development of the software from the company allows us to have the latest features always available. One of the best endpoint management softwares all around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile device management could be further developed to offer more features from other softwares in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Windows and Linux (in roadmap) compliance templates are really vital for large organizations with complex infrastructures and strict policies and makes the process of reporting and mitigating security risks very easy.
Works mostly
What do you like best about the product?
For the most part its interoperability with other ManageEngine Tools is usefull and reliable. EPC has some quirks and the tools and features work most of the time with little issues that seem to be corrected by the developers in a reasonable ammount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is missing some base line fatures in each of th emodules but the developers keep promising that these mfeatures are coming. Althought they have delived on these promises in the past it has taken a long time to get simple things that should have been available at launch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We initially purchased this product to do 3rd party Software patching and automatic identification off domain. We are also using it for the remote and maintance tools with integration in ServiceDesk+

What do you like best about the product?
Its a one of best solution in this space.

DLP feature need more attention as some time face issue on performance if it is not tuned properly.

ManageEngine solve all issue which we are facing at Organization level like patch , software deployment when system is not in corporate ntework, End point management unifide way.
Excellent support and features are always expanding
What do you like best about the product?
The support is top notch. The features are always expanding and in line with community needs for security.
What do you dislike about the product?
the patching does not grab the hardware patches like the windows update does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
patching, software deployment, Just in time, threats hunting, file shadowing, and more. Centralizing all areas of an endpoint into a like location for everyone to have the same information.

Manage Pcs, Tablets and phones in the same user interface. Great price.

There too mach add-ins and extensions so it's hard to know what you really buy.
