Automated Server Security That Saves Us Time
What do you like best about the product?
ManageEngine has saved us a lot of time in terms of securing our servers automatically. We used to patch/reboot our servers manually but now we have automated the process using ManageEngine.
What do you dislike about the product?
ManageEngine needs to improve the Linux Server patching process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated all of our server patching and receive good graphs and reports each month giving us a good

What do you like best about the product?
This is a user-friendly and easy-to-use platform that offers a unified solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, it does not support all the driver patches for Lenovo endpoints. Adding this functionality would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to patch endpoints even when they are not connected to the corporate network, along with remote control features, is very useful.
All-in-One Management with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like ManageEngine Endpoint Central's all-round ability to manage the environment, especially the support and computer management features. It makes it easy to connect and audit devices, which helps support our customers. I also appreciate the remote control, inventory, and the capability to upgrade and update computers in the environment. The initial setup was very easy, and overall, I am highly likely to recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software metering could be better structured to do on-demand processing. Summary reports detailing specific users and the frequency of the usage would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find ManageEngine Endpoint Central makes it easy to connect and audit devices, supporting our customers. Its all-round ability to manage the environment, especially remote control and updates, is invaluable.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the inventory management and patch management features in ManageEngine Endpoint Central. They are helpful in managing our devices efficiently. I also appreciate the remote session and app deployment capabilities, along with USB blocking, which enhance our control over the devices. The installation process is easy, especially when setting up the management dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there needs to be an improvement on spotlight patching.

I use ManageEngine Endpoint Central for MDM device management, remote issue resolution, tracking and blocking lost devices, inventory and patch management, and app deployment.

Learning curve and usability, performance and slowness, limitations in mobile device management. But the tool in general is very good.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool has been of great value to the corporation, as it gives us full control over our inventory of machines, devices, and software. It is widely used for update control and MDM management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss better Dashboards, dark mode, and training.

It greatly improved our management of the devices, especially with the control of patches.
The Ultimate Tool for Effortless IT Inventory Management
What do you like best about the product?
It is the best tool for managing user computer inventory. We can easily track the PC details of every user, such as OS version, RAM, storage, and many others. On a single page, IT executives can view all the details. It automates routine tasks, which reduces the workload and stress of IT executives.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface should be improved as it is a bit difficult to use for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User computer data management, patch management, and remote management. It is very beneficial because we don’t have to move around for inventory purposes; it automatically handles everything on a routine basis.
Visual Asset Management with CMMC Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
I use ManageEngine Endpoint Central for Patch Management, Log 360 storage, and Application Control. It helps us keep a live dashboard with Patch requirements, stores our logs, and enabled us to create an allow-list required for CMMC compliance. I like that it is very visual, as far as providing asset inventories and counts of any data you are looking at. I can accurately review what assets need attention and how large of a task it will be by simply looking at Hardware or Software inventories.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot generalize on the functionality of creating custom Configurations to apply patches, as it may be just my need to have additional training. I say this because sometimes I run into issues trying to deploy Configurations that fail. It may be user error as opposed to functionality. I believe that the hardest task is to determine the initial requirements and document what those are before you engage in deploying the solution.
